I'm used to an oil change with the filter upsell, but I knew I wasn't going to agree to anything from these people when they came to me with a $189.99 transmission service recommendation for a car with a sealed transmission. So you didn't check my transmission you just know it needs servicing. I was half tempted to say yes to this only to find out whether or not they would admit that they have no way of doing it even if they wanted to. It was about $30 more than I normally pay for an oil change, considering it came with a "free" car wash that's probably about right. From what I understand people pay $27 at Mike's which I will NEVER understand why people spend so much money on car washes here. Anyway they did their job. It's fine, but I probably won't go back.

We were sold a discounted Gold plan, and not told it was an introductory offer or anything. Last month I noticed our plan was changed to Basic. I have spent a couple weeks calling and talking with managers there and getting billed weird amounts instead of the set amount. I was told AI was being used and kept changing plans back to basic because they were discounted. Today I find out the plan they offered back when they opened here was discontinued, and the comparable plan by price is the Basic plan, which doesn't include the same features as the plan I've been paying for and was sold initially. Will definitely be cancelling our membership here. Definition of Bait n Switch.
