It's a shame that I have a gift card to use here. I'm not so happy with the business. It's a shame…read morethat the owners can't acknowledge when you send a message to them via Facebook. They don't answer emails. Nothing. I have questions on why Military discounts are not honored when using a gift card. Sounds to me like false advertising when you advertise military/teacher discount on Tuesdays. There's absolutely nothing mentioned about no discounts if one uses a gift card. This gift card was paid for. It's not like double stacking discounts. And my other question was why I was charged $15.00 more because of the acrylic powder being removed and new being applied. Plus, after a week my nail is already chipped. This is the solar polish. So, if one is already chipped, I can't wait to see if my other nails are going to as well. I get my nails done professionally because I want them to last more than 1 week before chipping. I could do my own nails for less money and need to do them every week at this rate. Very very disappointed that after I gave the business a second chance after they charged me for a service I hadn't received. I called the business, and they insisted that I stop in. After a long day at work I had to stop in and answer the same exact question 3 times. No, I didn't get a pedicure. Once my gift card is used up, I will not be returning to this nail salon. It would NOT take long to answer my questions. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT 918 Nails. They don't OFFER Military/teachers discounts IF you are using a gift card. False advertising on their part. No mention of it on the website that one can't get a discount when you paid for a gift card.
