They were very rude and refused to make it right. They offered to fix it, but my flight was in a couple of hours and I wasn't going to cut everyone in line. They don't answer emails. Nothing. I have questions on why Military discounts are not honored when using a gift card. Sounds to me like false advertising when you advertise military/teacher discount on Tuesdays. There's absolutely nothing mentioned about no discounts if one uses a gift card. This gift card was paid for. It's not like double stacking discounts. And my other question was why I was charged $15.00 more because of the acrylic powder being removed and new being applied. Plus, after a week my nail is already chipped. This is the solar polish. So, if one is already chipped, I can't wait to see if my other nails are going to as well. I get my nails done professionally because I want them to last more than 1 week before chipping. I could do my own nails for less money and need to do them every week at this rate. Now with the nails, there's a couple people who do an amazing job one person who doesn't do a great job and others who are OK so that's my only downside is you not sure who you're gonna get. For the pedicure it's also a mixed bag. They usually usually do a decent job but sometimes it's just OK again, depending on the person and of course if they have several people they rush you and don't do as well so I always leave when there's a bunch of people when I walk in.
