I'm a landscaper myself and we never start work before 10 AM as a courtesy to people trying to sleep and of course to sound laws. In the town of Holbrook it is against sound laws to start this early, but clearly they don't care and are screaming at each other as well as running loud equipment out there. I had a tree fall in my backyard in Boston this week and called Lucas and his team, after being…read morerecommended from a neighbor who had them take care of their tree. This was a very busy time in Mass as many trees have fallen due to recent hurricane level winds. Lucas was very responsive and showed up personally to assess the situation before giving a quote, which other companies we called were too busy to do. Lucas gave us sound advice of removing our remaining trees that were diseased and was reasonable with the cost of taking them down. He then led a team who provided a crane service to ensure the trees were safely removed, avoiding power and cable lines surrounding my backyard. This was a full service solution that he navigated with grace while dealing with complaining neighbors, and coordinating a police detail to ensure everyone was safe in the process. I was pleased with the cleanup & thought the overall job was very good. My only issue was getting things done in a timely manner. Some things were done quickly, others I had to wait awhile. In retrospect I felt the problems was 50% my error... in that I didn't convey how quickly I wanted certain jobs completed. This service was easy to work with and had helpful suggestions regarding improving my yard. I recommend giving them a try. The owner is quite young, but I thought that worked in his favor, as he had lots of energy, ideas & enthusiasm.
