Westfield 41 is a great place to live. It is a very dog friendly community, you and your furry…read morefamily will make a lot of friends on your walks. The units are comparable to high end luxury units in the area. The SF, and finish of the apartments for the price are very reasonable compared to other luxury apartments. The pool, exercise room, club room, grills, and fire pit are great amenities. There are a lot of events for both children and adults. Costco, Chik Fil a, and outlets are a couple miles away. The Railroad Restaurant And Bar, my favorite place for some good food/beer is a couple miles down the road too. There's a couple state gamelands too nearby where I enjoyed pheasant hunting or just walking my dog. It's a safe community and the people there are great. I have kept up with my old neighbor after moving out. The only reason I moved out is because I relocated to another state for work. I highly recommend Westfield 41. Staci and Eileen are in the office and they are great!

The clubhouse, fitness center and pool are always clean, have easy access and have great amenities. There's also a fire pit and grills for all of the residents to use. Stacie is an amazing manager and has taken great care of all our needs. I highly recommend Westfield 41. Great location, great staff and great size apartments and townhomes. This sure beats all the other "luxury" apartment communities around this area by far!

They don't even deserve half a star. If you're considering moving here, RUN AWAY…read moreIMMEDIATELY...unless you're into living in a poorly managed, filthy, overpriced shithole with loud and nosey neighbors who go through your laundry in that poor excuse of a laundry room. Maintenance won't fix anything for you with a sense of urgency and the management office is a joke.. if you need them, make sure you get to the office before 5 because even though their hours are until 6, they won't be there. Just a complete mess. The Galman group has the most useless/rude staff here. Can't wait until my lease is up.

Don't move here ! Horrible!!!! It looks nice and all but it is the place from Hell…read more They never follow through with anything. The maintenance men come into your apartment anytime they want. If you are a young girl, watch out!! They allow the Maintenance men to work there with records of PFA 's and harassment charges against the tenets! If you think going to higher management helps, it's doesn't. They suck there tenets out of money and provide a horrible residence! Our toilet overflowed and and the whole apartment was full of sewage. They just gave fans and made us wait three days to get new carpets. They expected us to live and breath in an apartment full of sewage because they don't know how to take care of there pluming. If you call in a work Oder, except them to be there weeks late and to just walk in unexpected. Oh, and if you happen to be napping and see a creepy guy staring at you, that's just someone who works there and has a key to your apartment... Super safe, NOT!

If I could give them a 0 rating, I would. The office staff…read moreis horrendous. They're not there for you. They're there for the owner. They refuse to help saying everything has to be approved by the owner and the wait time is ridiculous. The day I got the keys I spent 9 hours cleaning the kitchen. The cabinets have layers of grease and I could never get it all off. No kitchen knobs so your hands get sticky every time you open one. Found out other neighbors had the same issues. The tenant before me had a dog who dug into the entry way floor. They said they'd replace it, but never did. All the appliances are several decades old. Like 1980's old. My microwave never worked. The maintenance man came one time to fix it, but i ended up getting a new one after waiting 9 months. The dishwasher never worked. Maintenance came to look at it and said "you have no water flow". He played with the knob a couple times and then said "I hear water now. It's good to go.". I ended up having to do dishes by hand. The stove is gas. I tried cleaning the oven, but it never came clean. The grates are rusty and look horrible. The washer and dryer are rusty. I was told if the rust gets on my clothes to let them know. It did. They did nothing. If you live on an upper floor your apartment will be 85 degrees all year so expect exorbitant electric bills. You can open your windows and balcony door, if you have one, but the train will just be that much louder and you'll smell the dumpster. The toilets don't flush properly and you have to make sure they stop running after every flush. Every apartment is laid out different. Not all 2 bedroom/2 baths are the same. Some have pantries and coat closets, some don't. Some have huge kitchens, some are ridiculously small. The floor plan they give you shows a dining area, but there really isn't one. There is very limited kitchen storage. They charge you $50 a month to park in the "garage", but the doors are open 24/7, so nothing is safe. You have to pay $50 a month for sewer, $25 a month for trash and $50 a month for a pet. You're responsible for your own water, electric and gas. They also tack on administrative fees with no explanation. Your $1810 a month will cost you over $2k. Dogs! Huge dogs! They bark constantly. I worked from home and i could hear them thru the wall. Every time you put your key in the door they hear you and start barking all over again. I have a 15 pound, 12 year old dog who was attacked 4 times. They don't keep them on a leash and they don't clean up after them. The grounds are disgusting. There's a "dog park" that has a wrought iron fence around it. It's nothing but old landscape fabric, dirt and dog feces. I've walked in dog urine in the elevator and feces on the carpets in the hallway. The hallways ALWAYS smell. People put their trash by the door on Friday nights and there's no pickup until Sunday after 6pm. Trash bags full of kitty litter and dogs pee pads sit there fermenting for over 48 hours. The dumpsters are supposed to be emptied once a week, but it's constantly overflowing into the parking lot. It smells all the time. In the 11 months I lived there the elevators broke several times. There are a lot of older people who would be stuck in case of a fire. The fire alarms go off all the time and the train runs 24/7. You'll never get a decent nights sleep. Run! Find something else. This place is not worth it!

I have lived here for over 2 yrs and I am cancelling my lease after 1 month of the renewal…read more Yes, I am leaving for my safety and the safety of my family. I have a neighbor who is crazy. He constantly harassed us, tried to intimidate my wife and child and to impress us from the first day(After the first 5 min of introducing himself, he talked about how he is tough, has lethal rifles, guns, and knives...how he won many fights easily!!!!) I didn't give that much attention and though he is just trying to impress us only. Then I figured out after many occasions he is trying to show who the boss is here. He lives downstairs, I live upstairs and it became clear how miserable/hater he is after my child started walking and falling.....that pissed him so much..he started banging on the walls, ceiling and slamming doors like a crazy 16 yrs teenager(he is 34) My wife asked to call the police but I went to the lease office and they just babysitted us....nothing happened. (someone) has been spitting on my cars glass and scratching them with a key. I can't prove it's him. The managemnt didn't do anything but letting me cancel the lease, pay a penalty, and run away for my family safety. (I knew later that he was the reason for the tenants before me to leave) Similar issues like that are happening in the communities and the management just keeps on hold until tenants put up with it. The floors are creeky and Weak...(I have two friends who left because of fighting with other neighbors) Parking is good. Managment won't give what you expect. It's cheap compared to other communities around it.

I lived here with my girlfriend for just about a year now and we are planning on renewing our lease…read morefor a second year. The apartment is definitely "as-advertised" meaning we haven't found too many things wrong with the place. As with living in any apartment community, you are constantly within close proximity of your neighbors. If this is an issue for you then I don't think you're suited for apartment living. We have never had any issues with any of our neighbors. We aren't buddy-buddy with any of them, however everyone seems pretty nice, and most wouldn't hesitate to help you out with something if you needed it. I love that each apartment has its own front door rather than entering your apartment through a building. That aspect seems to give it more a "home" feeling than other apartments might. We live on the 2nd floor and make plenty of use out of our porch (even though its small.) The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because some things do tend to break. We needed a brand new air conditioning unit about 2 weeks after moving in, our fridge broke about 5 months in, and we've had issues with some of the plumbing in the bathroom. All these things breaking was indeed very inconvenient, however the maintenance staff is great. Within 24 hrs of everything breaking they had either fixed or replaced the appliance at no cost to us. The staff keeps up on all the landscaping as everything is usually very well manicured. Parking is always in abundance. In the summer it is nice to take advantage of the pool. We have never felt unsafe, uncomfortable, or at-risk. Overall we have had a great experience in living in these apartments.

I'm still waiting for Joe or someone to help me with this matter this is awful don't go here if you have other options plus the pool is always closed they don't have steady employees for it and I have a child who was always disappointed about the pool being closed but they go up on their rent even though everything is not right with the amenities I stopped going to the gym because one night this creepy guy was in there watching me workout kept creeping me out and left when I left I had to call someone to meet me and Joe didn't handle this either please be mindful Joe is very deceitful he just want to get a tenant in the property and that's when your nightmare will begin.
