I just treated myself to a brand new grand piano which is very important to me and cost more than an arm and a leg. I not only did I want it to get to my new spot in one piece, but I didn't even want to risk it being scratched, bumped, dented, etc. When I called the movers and told them about the main reason for my move, they were on it and did a fantastic job of handling it when they carried it out of my home into the truck. All the movers were very respectful and kind. They made a good impression on me and my family who had come to help a bit. My mom was thrilled that she had referred them to her sister who was looking to move at the end of the month and has been trying to find a reasonably priced moving company. Definitely keep up the good work and keep the positive attitude. Very attentive to me and I appreciated that.

The worst part about our experience is that they didn't care and their movers were rude. One threatened to not bring me my stuff.

Where did they go? Why did they drive it so much? DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They did not refund me any of the cost of shipping after I spoke to the management and sent them proof of the mileage increase, which they agreed, was inappropriate and not excused nor approved. STAY AWAY NOT WORTH THE RISK
