I just treated myself to a brand new grand piano which is very important to me and cost more than an arm and a leg. I not only did I want it to get to my new spot in one piece, but I didn't even want to risk it being scratched, bumped, dented, etc. When I called the movers and told them about the main reason for my move, they were on it and did a fantastic job of handling it when they carried it out of my home into the truck. All the movers were very respectful and kind. They made a good impression on me and my family who had come to help a bit. My mom was thrilled that she had referred them to her sister who was looking to move at the end of the month and has been trying to find a reasonably priced moving company. Definitely keep up the good work and keep the positive attitude. Very attentive to me and I appreciated that.

Terrible Post Sale Support - Non-responsive to Customer Refund Requests - Non-Perfect Auto…read more I purchased a 2021 Audi RSQ8 on August 12, 2025, from Perfect Auto Collection in Akron, Ohio. As part of the purchase deal, the dealership was to have the front windows tinted to match the rear. They did not perform this work but gave me a "We Owe" document that said they would pay for me to get the work done myself. I had the work done and sent the bill for $153.65 to my sales manager (Chris) on November 4, 2025. I have been trying to collect this for over five months now. Also, I included an extended warrantee for the Audi. The warrantee was included in the sale, but in less than 30 days I decided the warrantee was not from a company that I wanted and cost over $6,200 then I requested Perfect Auto to cancel the warrantee. The bank financing the car and the warrantee company did cancel the coverage for me as the dealership would not address my refund. The finance person (Heather) was as bad as the sales manager and did not do anything on my behalf. I did communicate in texts and many phone calls that Perfect Auto owes me over $6,000. No responses so far and again this has been going on for over four months now. I just want my refund from this company.
