I just treated myself to a brand new grand piano which is very important to me and cost more than an arm and a leg. I not only did I want it to get to my new spot in one piece, but I didn't even want to risk it being scratched, bumped, dented, etc. When I called the movers and told them about the main reason for my move, they were on it and did a fantastic job of handling it when they carried it out of my home into the truck. All the movers were very respectful and kind. They made a good impression on me and my family who had come to help a bit. My mom was thrilled that she had referred them to her sister who was looking to move at the end of the month and has been trying to find a reasonably priced moving company. Definitely keep up the good work and keep the positive attitude. Very attentive to me and I appreciated that.

I wasn't going to write this as its been a few years, but they reached out to me and poked the…read morebear. I purchased an R8 V10 from them. The company never lived up to our agreement to supply me what was missing from my vehicle i purchased: Second key, floor mats, the jack. I tried to get them to live up to the agreement but that just ignored me. Fast forward to 2025....I met Alan (from Perfect Auto) at a cars and coffee this September, explained to him what happened, he said new management is in and apologized (I was hopeful) and he assured me he could take care of the jack. That's was on September 28, 2025. Since then.... not a word. This is disgraceful customer service. Moreover, the day I got the car home, the truck latch didn't work. I get "as is warranty" but that's an underhanded play on their part. They didn't disclose the issue and knew this didn't work. Cost me $4,000 to get it open and a new one put in.  AND, the sales guy begged me to finance it (pay it off after one month) so that he could get a kick back. I figured put MY best foot forward to establish a relationship... boy was I wrong. I won't be going back\
