Instead of helping me, I was told I needed to continue using the dealership where I purchased the vehicle because they would know what services had been performed and what parts had been used. That explanation made no sense, especially since both dealerships are GM dealerships and service records are generally accessible within the GM network. After asking for further clarification, I was told there is nothing more they can do. I felt completely dismissed and pushed away.

At no point was I told there was another buyer actively purchasing the vehicle. Instead, I was led to believe the car was available and that we were moving forward. Then, right after confirming final details, I was suddenly told the vehicle was "in the process of selling." I completely understand first-come, first-served -- that's not the issue. The issue is the lack of transparency. If another buyer was ahead of me, that should have been clearly communicated so I could have made an informed decision (like putting down a deposit immediately). This isn't the first time I've had this happen during my search, but this was by far the most poorly handled. If you're an out-of-state buyer, be very cautious. Don't make plans or assume anything is yours unless you have it locked down in writing. Very disappointing experience.

My hood was painted and is not aligned properly, the rear end was also hit, tailgate is off, bumber and rear quarter panel has slight paint peeling and the roof has been painted found fish eye in the paint. There is no way the dealership wasn't aware it was involved in an accident. Sales person was good manager not so much. Definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing a used vehicle from here and if you do look over the car very good. Today is 8/3/2025. I replied with my number and info on this as requested and still have not recieved any reply back. I took my vehicle to a shop to have it looked over and they stated that in fact this vehicle was in fact in an accident hit from the front and back hence why I'm having the issues. Anyway while I am sitting in the lounge area waiting for my car. Several employees have walked through and slammed the Parts (race department) door. Following that I hear a series of arguments and inappropriate language used. If there is a dispute you must have as an employee and use inappropriate language do it out of costumer's ear. I just thought that this was a good mention because I have never heard that before and I also work with costumer service. And if you have worked in that department before you know you need to talk about your anger away from prying ears.

Once we agreed to a price, the paperwork was sent to my bank and we had a deal. I had good communication with the sales person, including the day that the money was being wired to purchase the vehicle. Before I left my home to to sign the paperwork at my bank, I received a text from my sales person, asking if the money was wired. When I got to the bank (5 minuted ride), I signed the paperwork, and watched the bank wire the money, I then texted the salesman and said... done! He did not respond. I traveled back home, and within a half hour, I received a call from the GM. THEY SOLD THE CAR!!! That's not the kicker! I asked them to stop the wire, or wire it back to the bank. They DID NOT, but instead... 2 days later, they mailed a CHECK to my bank! NOW... I cannot get another car, until my bank receives the CHECK and the CHECK CLEARS the bank!!! Turning in my rental in a day. No car... No check... No way to purchase another vehicle. Not sure what others are experiencing with the dealership, but this was the DEAL FROM HELL!!! I wanted to ask him how that happened, needless to say I drove off the lot with a car that night, I recommend this place to anyone who needs to reestablish credit. jim is one great person and genuinely cared about my situation.
