BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES ... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .... and RUDE UNREASONABLE MANAGER ... I had…read morebeen a loyal customer to this business for over 15 years spent THOUSANDS of dollars there over the years and I will never spend another penny in that store again because of the manager. To buy a flavored vape from this business you must first purchase it on line with a debit or credit card and then show your id when you pick up your order in person. Recently when I purchased them online and went to pick them up and the manager approached me and said I owed her money for vapes ...she said I ordered and picked up in April without paying for them. Confused as to how that could happen because the financial part of the transaction happens online before you can pick them up... but I asked her how much I owed her and asked her to give me the last four of the card I used so I could check my records. She told me that I paid with someone else's account ... THAT NEVER HAPPENED I HAVE NEVER USED ANYONES CARD BUT MY OWN. There is some mistake. Beyond the mistake the manager was VERY RUDE ... I was going to pay for their mistake until she told me it the order was from someone else's account and I picked them up .... That has NEVER HAPPENED ... not even one time!! So they lost a loyal customer and I thought everyone should know about the lack of customer skills I experienced with this rude manager who just kept repeating that I picked them up so I owe her the money over and over without saying anything helpful. The fact that you pay for them before you pick them up is the key point here ... it was a glitch in their system ... and now she refuses to let me purchase anything else until I pay for something that wasn't me ... I checked my account and I never purchased from the in April of 2024 AND I HAVE NEVER USED SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT ... so the glitch in their system is responsible and I will never return to Sub Culture again ... that manager is RUDE AND WRONG and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS EVEN ONES WITH 15 years of loyalty ... be careful it could happen to you too.

DISABLED PEOPLE BEWARE!! NUG Red Bluff doesn't care to help you - ALIEN LABS Cartridge defect…read more I'm a long time customer of the Red Bluff Nug store . I have a doctors recommendation on file. I can only receive deliveries as I am bedridden. The delivery man even knows if my caregiver is not here, I can electronically unlock the door and he lets himself in and brings my items and his paperwork that I need to sign right to my bed, then lets himself out. It's extremely helpful. Today, within an hour of my delivery, I discovered the Alien Labs Planetary OG 510 Cartridge was defective. I have 4 different brands of 510 batteries. I put it in my favorite battery first. The bat light blinked twice, it normally doesn't . When I tried to press the button to inhale the battery again blinked twice and I could not hit it. I put it in my second battery and received the same results . I also tried it in my third and fourth battery's and again the battery blinked twice and would not allow me to hit the cartridge. I immediately called NUG RED BLUFF, spoke with the inventory manager. I explained the problem with the ALIEN LABS CARTRIDGE. She told me to bring the cartridge and it's original packaging and my receipt to the store . They will then test it with their own 510 battery and if indeed it does not work will offer me a replacement or refund. I explained that I could provide the original packaging my receipt and the faulty cartridge, but because I am bedridden, I would need to send someone age 21 or older in to the store with the original packaging the faulty cartridge and my receipt. She said that it would have to be me personally or she would not be able to do anything. I suggested that she give her 510 battery tester and a replacement cartridge to their Delivery Man, who could then come into my home as usual and test the faulty Alien Lab Planetary OG cartridge on Nugs 510 battery tester, and if he determines it is faulty, he could trade me the faulty alien lab planetary OG cartridge for a different one. She refused to do that for me. I reminded her that I was bedridden and that I spend quite a bit of money there every month . They could look back at my orders and see that. She said I could try contacting Alien Labs. I stated that I was dissatisfied with this service and may need to take my business elsewhere . She said okay and hung up . I also want to mention that I never raised my voice and was only looking for solutions that we could use to solve this problem . The problem that could be easily solved with sending their delivery man with their battery tester and a replacement . A simple act of kindness for a long term good spending customer., and to prevent a bad review for NUG RED BLUFF and their product supplier ALIEN LABS. I will be using other methods instead of NUG from now on . They don't have any problem taking money away from a disabled person but they sure don't want to help a disabled person out when they've given me a bad product. I have never tried to return anything to them before . This is the first time in 2 years I've had a problem and now that I see how they refuse to handle it i'm very disappointed. And I am sending a copy of this complaint to ALIEN LABS. I hope one of them will make this right.
