I am writing my very first review in Yelp and I am giving 5 stars to RoyZ Window Tint. Had my wife's 2017 Mercedes GLC300 two front windows tinted and it was such an wonderful experience. Excellent job from Roy and his staff, by far the best customer service I have ever received around Houston area. Roy took time to thoroughly explain what our options are. My wife and I are very thrilled to have Roy working on our car and we are absolutely pleased with overall experience. Waiting room is super comfy with complimentary drinks, snacks, wifi, TV and more. Where do I even start with this place! I contacted Roy solely on his amazing Yelp reviews and trust me, they hold true! He was very patient with explaining to me and answering any and all questions I had. It was extremely easy for me to set up an appointment for the weekend. Upon my arrival I was welcomed into a quaint but well stocked waiting room where refreshments, wifi and a tv with Netflix were available to keep my attention while I waited for my car to be finished. I had a question about the look of a glare strip and to ease my decision, Roy had placed an eyebrow where mine would go on my actual car and let me see if I liked it before placing it. I decided I didn't really like the look so he easily removed it. I wasn't pressured into any upselling or add ons that I didn't want and that's what makes me a happy customer. Especially as a female in this type of industry, I felt like I could trust him and that I wasn't getting ripped off. My boyfriend will be headed here with his car as soon as we close on our house! Wow! Just... wow! THIS is the way a shop SHOULD be run! The waiting area is one of the best I've ever seen. Ever. Super clean, TV, snacks, drinks, free wifi, charging station for devices, etc. Roy was able to get me on the schedule quick and he returned my call just like he said he would. The work and quality is far above what I expected and the price couldn't be beat. If you're in need of quality and reasonably priced window tinting I definitely would recommend RoyZ Window Tint. I was wanting to get my windows tinted and I just happened to see the flags advertising RoyZ. I popped in and and Mr. Roy was very welcoming, pleasant, and detailed regarding the types of tinting they offered. I made my appointment right then. The entire office was immaculate. On the day of my appointment I was greeted by Mr. Roy's wife( sorry I didn't get her name), she greeted me with a smile and was pleasant ( this still goes a long way). She had me sign in and then she told me to help myself to coffee, a variety of beverages and snacks. She also asked was there anything in particular I wanted to watch on the television since I was waiting for my vehicle. They offer a variety of programming including Netflix. I needed windows tinted on my new car before summer hit Houston. After searching several places in the west Houston area, I came across RoyZ on yelp. I'm always a little skeptical of all 5-star reviews, but in this case, I believe the reviews are justified. I communicated with Roy during the week via Yelp. He responded within 20 minutes of my original request, gave me an exact quote on a few different tinting options (including tax and labor fees so there would be no surprises when I went to pay). His quotes were around the same cost as other places so I booked an appointment with him for Saturday. The person at the front desk was very nice, as mentioned in other reviews, the waiting area is clean, you have drink and snack options and there is wifi, netflix and charging stations for your use. You can also leave your vehicle there and pick it up later. The whole process took a little less than 2.5 hrs and the tinting looked great. I am very pleased with the entire process and the finished product. I also appreciate there is a lifetime warranty on the film itself so I can go to another dealer if i have to and have it fixed. If you have any issues while you're still in Houston, you can come back to Roy and he will fix it free of all charges. It speaks volumes for a company that is willing to put so much into their warranty. If you need your windows tinted and reside in the Houston area, I highly recommend you go to RoyZ's shop. read more

Can't recommend Roy and his team enough. If you're on the fence about these guys or on the market for window tint, look no further. I had my truck tinted 3 times by another company who just couldn't produce a good quality product/service. Called and talk to Tish who took her time and explained to me what I should expect and confirmed that my window tint should not have tiny bubbles, creases or scratches. They took me in on short notice and did an amazing job! They did it right the first time, and you can tell he knows his stuff. Super professional and clean - his team takes pride in their work. They also offer one of the best warranties around town. We enjoyed the awesome waiting room with complimentary snacks and books/toys for kids! My toddler was in heaven watching Shrek munching on Cheetos. You also get a goodie bag with all kinds of cool stuff. Who doesn't love a goodie bag?!? Yep, the waiting room is very customer oriented, snacks, drinks, and TV in a cushy waiting room. Beyond that, the service is simply amazing! I had my new truck done at Royz's, two weeks later it and another vehicle were broken into. RoyZ re tinted my new glass for free, and I paid him to tint the other vehicle's new window. What I didn't pay for was for Roy to remove and re-tint another window so they would match in color. He did this as a surprise (kind gesture) and told me about it at check out. Excellent experience! Met with Roy and his wife and scheduled an appointment for the next day. We made plans to see a movie while we waited for my truck. I mentioned we would likely be done after they closed. Roy and his wife made us feel right at home. They didn't mind waiting for us. Roy did an excellent job with my truck. Talked to me about my options and recommended a heat barrier film that was more costly but well worth the investment. I found my tint shop for the future and will recommend to everyone I know. I have to write this review because I was so impressed with Royz services. I drove 40 miles to get to this shop. I called around and I received six estimates Royz was the cheapest and the best part is the lifetime warranty. I brought my Cadillac CTS I AM SO HAPPY I CAME!! On my way there I forgot I had my black pen in my pocket and I had ink on my gray leather seat, Roy cleaned it for me! I was not expecting that, no charge at all! His wife is so sweet ,she kept me comfortable in waiting room watching NETFLIX! I will refer them to fam and friends. You guys are awesome! read more
