Roy took the time to look at my car with me, understand my expectations, and discuss how his technique would address the shortcomings of the previous installation. He even pointed out some things that I had missed-the eyebrow tint was cut straight across instead of following the curve of the windshield, a cleaner method to address the third brake light at the top of the rear window, and very small cut scratches on my rear window where the previous installer had cut the tint on my window (Roy uses a plotter instead of cutting on the car). Roy noticed that I was ex military (I didn't mention it) thanked me for my service, and offered a military/first responder discount. He and his wife were courteous and friendly, and his office and waiting room are comfortable, well arranged, and say "we care" about our customers. This is my fourth car tinted, and third with Llumar film. This shop uses a high quality, lifetime guarantee material, does top notch work, and further guarantees the install. They performed the work promptly, as promised. The car looks great, and I am 100% satisfied with the results. I have two more cars that I will bring to Roy for more tint work. I have taken over the past 2 years both my 2017 Lexus GX460 and my 2019 Land Rover Discovery. On both tint jobs, I opted for the high grade ceramic tint and Royz is able to get the exact look that compliments the vehicles. This is the only review I've ever left for any business. Everything about this place was amazing. I called to make sure they were open, since it was Saturday. I was able to get a price and he was able to service my car right away. When I walked in, I had 2 small children with me and I was a little flustered. Right away, Tish made us feel at home by putting on cartoons and bringing out books for my kids. She also made sure they helped themselves to the snacks and beverages provided. Roy was patient and explained all of my options. After about 30 minutes I was picked up by a family member and in about 2 hours, Tish called and said my car was ready. When I picked my car up, Roy explained everything and went above and beyond by giving me a free goodie bag to keep my windows looking great. I highly suggest this business to everyone!!! read more

First time customer, and I will be coming back! The service, product, and install was exceptional. Roy even shuttled me back to my house, so I did not have to wait onsite. I just purchased a new Mustang GT, and had Royz install window tint and a clear bra. Tint was installed perfectly. and I could roll down my windows the same day. The clear bra (paint protection) job was challenging (black car with multiple angles on the front fascia), and Roy stayed late to make sure the job was done right. The clear bra looks great. RoyZ pricing is very competitive; and well worth the cost.
