I took my pickup there to have the catalytic converters checked and replaced if necessary. I gave them a diagnostic code report that I had just received from O'reilys next door to their shop. they put the truck on the rack and inspected the exhaust system including the catalytic converters. They told me that they would replace them for $300 so I told them to go ahead. once they finished the installation, they rang up $600. I argued that they had told me $300. They said that there were 2 of them, which I pointed out that they knew that when they inspected the truck and quoted $300. I had no choice but to pay if I wanted my truck, since the work was already done. Very shady. I will never go back there again. I don't know why people are giving this shop low ratings. The shop is empty on a typical day. I came to the shop and received positive service. The shop is very good and fast for the service I received. I believe the shop has skilled workers. The pricing for the shop is slightly above average. unfortunately, if your car has a bad cat, you cannot afford to wait unless you would like to pay more on gas prices. Went in for a simple bolt-on Magnaflow exhaust system installation. Guys had issues installing it correctly. They finally figured out how to install the hangers. They drove the truck off the lift, and right away I noticed that they had totally marred up my black exhaust tip. They tried to claim that that the exhaust tip was already marred. Not possible when the tip came double wrapped from Magnaflow. The owner refused to make it right by either recoating the exhaust, ordering a new tip, or even discounting the installation. The owner was very offensive and unprofessional. Refusing multiple times to come to a resolution. Threatened to kick me out of the shop. I refused until some type of resolution was proposed. Again refused, yelled at me to leave saying he was closed and it wasn't his problem. Not until I threatened to call the police did he tell is staff to issue a refund. He also instructed them to remove the new exhaust and replace the old exhaust. Be very careful everyone. This shop is very unprofessional, rude, and careless. They will never get business from me again! STAY AWAY!!!! read more

This place is an amazing shop run by very nice people. This was my second visit here. The shop is super clean and the work is done very quickly. My first visit was a few years back when I got a complete exhaust system replacement on my truck. It was done while I waited and it was done very well and for far less than I expected to pay. This second visit was to get some welding done on an exhaust pipe that was cut by someone trying to steal the catalytic converter. The repair was done very quickly. I was really impressed with these guys. My car is on coil overs and very low to the ground. Other shops have nearly ripped my front fairing off pulling up onto the ramps. These guys dropped boards under the ramps to change the angle so my car went on and off the ramps with ease. That special attention to detail is worth a million dollars in my book. I was only getting my muffler welded up on this visit. They fixed it like new and got me back on the road. Service was fast and inexpensive. This is a true specialty muffler shop that has high quality work with reasonable prices. I was greeted and taken care of right away. The price was negotiated easily and seemed fair for the work performed. I rolled in there with one of my tailpipes of my Ram 1500 Sport in the back of my truck, which had been dragging on the ground. This was the result of sub par work from a place in Canada. These guys had black tips to replace my scraped up silver polished one, welded everything professionally from the muffler to the pipes and even the tips. The tips are spaced and set perfectly and the truck looks so much better now. Left the shop with an improved looking and functioning exhaust. 5 stars! read more

They installed a dual exhaust system on my old 1964 C10 after I had put on headers, so headers back out the back end of the truck.. Used the Super 44 Flowmasters. Awesome sound. They let me inspect their work while on the lift, very professionally done. I had shopped others and this price was inline and all inclusive. Do not go here! I brought my car in because it started to shake when I reached 40mph. I thought I needed my tires balanced. They balanced my tires, but it didn't fix the issue. I was told by the man who runs the shop that I needed to have the front axle replaced. He told me that I should order the part and he would put it on for $300. I thought that was reasonable. His mechanic showed me the parts to order on my phone. I went home and immediately ordered the two parts. Within a week, the parts came in. On a Saturday, I brought my car to the shop. I was turned away because they were "too busy" and was told I needed to bring my car back during the week. Being a teacher with only one car, I waited until Spring Break. I brought my car to the shop the Wednesday of Spring Break. I explained that I was off for the week...no rush...just have it repaired by Saturday. Not hearing a word from the shop, I called Saturday morning to check on the status. I was told that my car was not fixed because I ORDERED THE WRONG PART! The shop owner/manager told me that he would have my old part put back on the car and I could come pick it up. He offered NO SOLUTION. On arrival, I explained that I ordered what the mechanic showed me. His response..."we've never done this before." Why did he even offer his services???? I got in my pollen filled car because they left the windows down and drove off. They also kept the "wrong" part I ordered. I have never heard another word from the shop. A little late on this review but I went in too get a custom exhaust single to dual magna flow and I think I had it for 2 months now and I'm loving them! They did a really good job on it...great staff they try to take care of you and make sure your satisfy with everything. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took my car to them to do a front end align and full exhaust system. ALEX did the exhaust ok but did NOT do the alignment but charged me $125.00 for it !!!!! Went back and asked for the printout of the alignment specs and they mysteriously did not have it. I waited and watched for 20 minutes for them to search the computer (which all are filed on) and surprise they couldn't find it ! Which tells me they didn't do the ALIGNMENT !!!!! I would have given them a better rating for the exhaust but since they screwed me out of $125.00 I and everyone I know will not do business with them. They might take their time to making sure the muffler tips are aligned perfectly but I'd much rather that than any other shop you go to just eyeballing their work.
