They were hired for all air vents and a dryer cleanout on a 2,000 sq. ft. house, and particularly a bad smell coming in the laundry room. On the day of the cleaning Chris and Lee arrived during the agreed upon time window. I showed Lee around the house to the various vents and asked questions about the places I couldn't fully clear a path to the vent. The house's vents hadn't been cleaned during the time I've owned the place so it needed significant work. The same applied for the dryer. The cleaning took roughly 3 hours. I think they did a good job and made sure to take care of cleaning any messes their work caused. The one exception was the dryer blow-out which was left under the outdoor vent. My single gripe was that the final price ended up $100 over the original quote without discussion. However, it was clear that they had a lot of work to do that couldn't have been known without taking a look at things.

Before he showed up he asked me to do some troubleshooting just incase it was something easy that I overlooked. He actually went out of his way to make sure I was not wasting money. He even offered to sell me parts if I wanted to do the job myself. I had him come out because of an electrical smell. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
