I passed this information along to Johnny's, but would I did not realize is that they would throw that information in the trash. They chose to do completely separate jobs (draining water from the door, pull out an untouched GPS tracker), and charged $500. They didn't bother to call about passing this along, and I had to call just to hear that they were already done, and they were very excited to present me with the bill. And of course, my issue was not resolved. And looking at the rest of these reviews, it seems that's exactly what these sleazy scumbags love to do. Bascially, they charge $150 an hour for labor, even if the labor is not to resolve the issue. If they want to charge you for draining fluids from your car, finding random things to replace, and BillyBob eating a sandwich in your car, you have no choice but to pay for their benevolent services! An absolute disgrace of a business that has no place in our community!

When we picked it up they said "it's in great shape and just needed the coolant line replaced." I drove it off the lot and noticed the air wasn't getting cool. 2 days later, the AC went out completely. We brought it to a different shop and they pulled out the cabin filter which was entirely black and clogged (pictures uploaded). In addition to that, the Freon line had been sprayed at Walton's and had a microscopic hole. The new auto shop said "there's no way they missed this." We called, to obviously voice concerns about the cabin filter not being checked when we asked for an entire overhaul... they said "we never brought it over to our services side"... I'm not sure why they wouldn't do that. I'm incredibly disappointed in the service we were given at this shop. We were told "it's unfortunate timing and a coincidence" it's ABSOLUTELY NOT. It's bad business. I will NEVER return and I will recommend that people do NOT go here ever again. I'm confused and frustrated... come to find out they don't even check transmissions or engines at this shop!! Which was never disclosed to us. I usually go local for the oil change and then support a local business or two, but this is the second time in 6 months the young gentleman told me he couldn't get to me. This time had a helper "girlfriend" behind the desk hanging out which I've never seen before either. This is just not like Fuquay tire and their normal level of service. I brought my 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia Q4 to Euromotion for help diagnosing a recurring P2300…read more(ignition coil #1 primary circuit) fault. This issue had already been documented by an official Alfa Romeo dealer, and I provided the full history of the problem and previous repairs. I also explained clearly that the fault is intermittent, which is common with wiring or electrical issues. Euromotion charged about $200 for diagnostics, but their conclusion was simply that they "could not reproduce the issue." At one point the technician even suggested the problem might be caused by running the A/C or heat, which doesn't make sense given that the fault code specifically relates to the ignition coil control circuit. They then suggested another ~$700 to keep looking. When I declined and asked for something very basic--a written summary of what diagnostic work had actually been performed--the technician refused and said he would not write one because he was "having a bad day." Paying for diagnostics and leaving without any documentation of what was actually tested is unacceptable. STAY AWAY from Euromotion for any serious work on an Alfa Romeo or other European cars.

I don't know the exact reason, but after doing some personal tests, I suspected a vacuum leak because I heard hissing from the engine bay. I took it to Euromotion because of the great reviews and recommendations I had seen. I knew there would likely be other issues with the car besides the idle since it's used and I hadn't had it inspected yet, so I wasn't surprised by the other items they quoted me for. They did complete the work quickly, I'll admit that, but they told me the issue was a broken gas cap and charged me $128 for one that costs about $7 on eBay. This morning, on my way to work, the car was still idling and running the same way. Keep in mind, they also charged me $198 just for the diagnostic. To make matters worse, I found oil on my leather interior seats. In total, they charged me over $300 for an issue that wasn't fixed and left my interior in worse condition than when I brought it in. I would not recommend this place at all--save your money and your time
