After an expensive unplanned over night stay, we started calling around for altenators. By chance we were directed to this store from the kind folks at the Abingdon, VA store. Charles and his staff went well above and beyond to assist. Although they did not have the part, they sent a driver 45 minutes up the road to get it. Charles then lent my husband his own tools to fix the part. He checked in to see if we needed water in the summer heat or a reprieve from the heat. He was so knowledgable, courteous, and helpful. We can't thank this store and its staff enough for getting us back on our way!

what I thought was a wonderful experience has turned out to be a absolute complete nightmare. I…read moretraded in 2 vehicles at this dealership. everything seemed fine wonderful and perfect. We electronically signed everything which I thought was really like the fact I left the dealership with absolutely no paperwork. I had given them the 10 day payoff which they inflated just to cover any chance the payoff wouldn't reach the lenders in time. which in return bumped my finance amount an additional $800. I was not very happy about this but there's not much I could do I was already there. Fast forward 35 days. One payoff was received on my trade-in one was not. Thus causing tons of problems because I had to make 2 additional payments on my trade. Which the dealership has already sold to another person. This vehicle continues to cost me money on top of the new car payment that I am making. to mention possible effects to my credit because the payoff was not made in time the payment went beyond the 30days. I encourage you to make sure you get all copies of paperwork these and double check to make sure your payoffs are made. I actually think I would encourage you to pick a different dealership at this time. I definitely will be reaching out to Toyota to file a formal complaint on this matter.
