The Buyers Guide listed the car "AS IS". After trailering the car home and two separate inspections later, per both inspections, the car is unsafe to drive. Estimate to repair is $8200 and $11,000. I paid $7988 cash/certified check. BEWARE. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. If you have had problems, please do the same. It's free. Instead of using our warranty where it would have costed $100 as that's our deductible. After meeting with the service manager for 2+ hours yesterday and him avoiding us, he was absolutely zero help at all as well. After this, Jamie also has left threatening messages on my husband's phone, and attacking his appearance. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Shelly was very patient (I'm not the easiest person to satisfy) and I tend to sometimes be a little hard on my reviews but I can honestly say that I have absolutely NO complaints when it comes to Smart Auto and their staff. My car was financed and I drove out of the lot in approximately 2 hours of arriving but I test drove 2 different vehicles and wasn't sure what I wanted when I first showed up. The man that done my paperwork and finalized everything(I apologize, I don't remember his name) was great as well. Tyler is also an awesome salesperson to talk to. My son and my sister have both bought vehicles through Smart Auto but Tyler was their seller, he was busy when I first went but I have to say....Shelly done a great job, no disappointments whatsoever!!!! Keep up the great work Smart Auto!!! You are all awesome in my book! I haven't dealt with the service department yet but will be very soon for normal maintenance.
