Charles and his staff went well above and beyond to assist. Although they did not have the part, they sent a driver 45 minutes up the road to get it. Charles then lent my husband his own tools to fix the part. He checked in to see if we needed water in the summer heat or a reprieve from the heat. He was so knowledgable, courteous, and helpful.
