Yesterday we had our second rental this summer and we felt that the customer service could have been much more pleasant and accommodating. We waited 30 minutes for our pontoon to be ready and were told by Lee Conary that he would not take anything off our rental. 'I don't do discounts'. He also was trying to tell us we had only been there a few minutes when we knew exactly when we arrived, and just generally was rude and short. As lovers of Kezar Lake and regular customers out of necessity, we simply want to state how disappointing it is, once again, that there is not more kindness and care consistently.

Thinks he's too smart? Dude, this is Maine, not the Jersey Shore, take in a little Yankee color and relax. I grew up in Cape Cod and we wish they had this kind of place there. All the staff are local high school and college kids who are polite and hustle.

This is an $11,000+ part. I am lucky enough to own the exact model boat that this part will fit on. I emailed with Will a few times and spoke on the phone a few times. The marina is almost 4 hours away from my house & the only time that I was able to get away from work to go pick up the part was during the holiday season. Will gave me his personal cell # so that I could call him when I got up there & he sent one of his employees over to help me load the part - even though the marina was closed at the time. The part is in very good condition with some cosmetic scratches. Once painted, it will be perfect. There aren't too many of this model boat that this part would fit, so it may have been difficult to find a buyer if he had tried to sell it, BUT... it is a heavy aluminum part, several hundred pounds, and he could have scrapped it and made money just off of the value of the aluminum. What a nice marina, I wish it wasn't so far from my home and my boating. It is in a great location with beautiful scenery. Both Will and Jason (the one who helped me load the part) were very nice. If I am ever boating in the Naples area, I will absolutely go to Moose Landing Marina. THANKS WILL!

Used to receive great service at fair prices. Then service went downhill, would pay for winter storage and spring tuneup and no tuneup although manager insisted he did. Just picked up jet ski and after 1 ride would not start, was told we don't want you as a customer, went to different service yard, major work needed, and I had paid for a spring tuneup? Contacted owner of business, still no reply. Not the same company, buy and service elsewhere
