The under-liner of the sofa was ripped in a way the suggested it was damaged in shipping. It did not affect the comfort so I asked them to fix it instead of replacing it. They promptly did just that. They stapled in 3 gauzy cloth panels, each of different color, using short staples which fell out after 4 days. No big deal compared to the problems we had with the chair as reported in another review. I suggest having them replace stuff if you have the same problem. Also beware of buying off the floor as their warranty policy is murky.

When we decided the online entertainment center that we viewed online was what we wanted we did a closer investigation of the item. We soon realized we would want additional holes in the back for wires. When we approached one of the sales rep about our question we were assured that they could make that happen right then and there. While we did another spin around the store the nice man took the center to the back of the store and made perfect 2 inch holes exactly where we wanted them. They even brought the item out and loaded it into my car for a hassle free experience.
