This Quest location is bad. I've been to many locations, but this one of the worst. The first thing…read moreI noticed is that there's no live check in, it's a kiosk that is automated where you input your information and some form of identification. The waiting room is tiny and it was packed. There were people standing due to the lack of space and seats. They were also late for my appointment and I had to wait a while. They definitely overbook here! However, once I got in the service was fine. For parking there is a paid lot, but there is also free street parking for an hour.

If there were a way to give Arlington Quest 5 black stars for a negative review, I would do it. They told me it would take 90 minutes to wait for an appointment to drop off the urine specimen that I had spent hours packaging, identifying exactly as instructed! These people aren't dealing with reality. I finally left the specimen (against their refusal to accept the specimen) Will it get tested? Only time will tell. DON'T GO TO THIS LAB UNLESS IT'S ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. They have really stupid, lazy people working there, and policies that would make the Kremlin look progressive. When I left I checked my blood pressure - it was 160/100. So maybe some evil genius at quest has figured out a way to turn a urine specimen drop off into a cardiac stress test!

I know it's hourly pay but sometimes you have to take others waiting time into consideration. She also poked me 3 times and told me she couldn't find my veins and that I have to come back for another person? After I waited an hour for my turn? Can you guys please retrain your employee!? It's not acceptable how a person can not do their only job is to draw blood. I would give it 0 star if I could.

My appointment was at 8:45; and I was able to check in on my phone when I arrived, allowing me to wait in the car. When they called me in, I only waited for a couple minutes before they were able to see me. I definitely recommend doing this--there was a bit of a line to check in inside the office, which the mobile check-in allows you to skip. Once inside, there were two waiting areas adjacent to each other--one for LabCorp, and one for a doctor's office--which I could see leading to a little crowding during busy hours, so I would recommend booking an appointment as early in the day as possible. There were 6-feet-apart markers on the floor, masks are required, and hand sanitizer is available. Inside the office, there were 2 technicians working. There was a window open near where I was seated, with a fan blowing to keep the air moving. Obviously, you can't social distance while getting blood drawn, but the tech wore a mask and fresh gloves, and was very considerate the whole time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Hello. I have dealt with quest(ton) diagnostics more often over the last few years, now it seems…read morelike I one of their locations monthly. Uneven seems like a fair place to start. In South Weymouth, I got into a pi$$ing match with a couple of skunks who were short-staffed. I tried to be empathetic with the obviously overworked staff, I dissed Mgt, thinking they caused the logjam. Back & forth, next thing I know, she's done & telling me to leave, you know, before she stabs me again. Twice I was down to Cohasset, smooth as silk, just perfect. One other time, I though I could be a walk-in. I got forgotten about & fell asleep in the waiting area. Later, I just left. Just now I went to the website to book a blood work appointment for tomorrow for my doctor. I spent like 10-15 min creating an account, only to NOT be able to secure my need blood draw time. I have set online appt. for other times, at other times, no problem. They need to really get their act together. I'll see what else I can find, maybe I can do it to myself?

This was my third time at this facility and most definitely the last. I should tell my doctors to…read moreplease never send their patients to this location. Second time I was there waiting for service, I have noticed that they locked the door 15 minutes before closing time. I heard people coming up to the door to find it locked and leaving. So next time when I had to go back with my sick daughter for some lab work, I remembered them closing the doors early, so i went on the website to check they closing time, they were closing at 4:30pm. We can never come in the morning, so as soon as my daughter woke up from her nap (3:35pm), I grabbed her and rushed over to Quest location (about 10 min from my house). While parking my car at 3:55pm I asked my oldest daughter to run in and get in line. When i got the baby out of her car seat and went into the building, I found my oldest coming out, she said that the doors are already closed!!!! On the door there was a hand written note straiting that they close at 4 pm. But I was misled by the website and came on time for 4:30 closing! At that time there was a lady coming out and we walked in. Never have i had to deal with someone so ignorant and insensitive in a medical profession. We were exactly one minute late, I apologized and asked if they can please test my sick daughter. Explained the misleading website closing info (the nurse was aware of it, and said that she needs to tell "them" to change it). I pleaded, and she rudely refused. No heart, no compassion, no understanding especially toward an ill baby! In the past I closed my eyes on the fact that the rest room at the facility is not clean and is used as a public restroom for the whole building (my doctor in the building sent me to Quest to use the bathroom). Public restroom in the lab room 4" away from a lab station where they draw blood! I did not care waiting for up to 30 minutes to get my test done, I did not even care waiting for additional 20 minutes while nurse called my doctor directly! to find out how to do a lupus test he ordered (she did not know how to enter it into the system and could not find it). but this time was a true shock! I can understand anything, but terrible treatment at a medical facility. And with Mt Auburn Hospital literally right around the corner, why would I even want to go into this terrible destructive and unsanitary environment. I ended up going to Newton Wellesley (just happened to be driving by) and we had to wait for an hour, but people were so professional, nice and friendly especially toward children - that we actually had a good time there. As far as Quest goes - clearly they must train people not just draw blood, but to actually treat their jobs as a business - to treat clients with respect and strive to provide great service. As one hopeless location can completely destroy an image of a whole corporation, as in our case.
