It allowed us to spend less in one area of our kitchen and we decided to do something extra for a bathroom. Big plus! He is very meticulous and precise and he insisted to take the extra time without asking for more to finesse details on his own time. Nice! Which did make a huge difference in the finish details of the difficult design angles for moulding corners, the finish painting, and the plaster fixing. He made previous workers old plaster patches go away and blended them in as they should. Nice look in the end! He was very helpful during the job with some little things I was doing at home with helpful advice as I did some work myself tinkering. Usually adding a funny comment or joke. Funny guy! I used them to repair some water damage to my ceiling and to re-caulk my tub. Daryl did the caulking on the tub and did a great job. Jose came and repaired/painted the ceiling. He showed up on time, did an excellent job, and left no mess. I have since used them again for another small project of moving power from a wall light to a standard outlet, with patching and painting. Their electrician did exactly as I asked, and Jose again did a great job painting. He initially did one coat, and I requested that a second be done, and they worked around my schedule and had Jose come back out to paint no problem. Liza was able to provide me with a quote via email, and she responds to emails quickly. I will definitely use them for future projects. Their prices are reasonable, and they take on the small tasks that most contractors don't want to bother with. I'm pretty sure Daryl is a licensed contractor. Fred was doing a small job for us and Scott and his daughter came to help. We had had a bad experience with Reeds Furniture attempting to deliver a couch to us and in the process which took 2 attempts the couch was delivered but the entryway walls were badly damaged. When I realized Scott was a painter we asked him to send us a quote to patch and re-paint the entire entryway . I was sent the quote in a very timely manner( and it was at a very fair price) and scheduled the paint job. Scott and his daughter came within a week and did an exceptional job in less than a day. We are truly going to miss David and Lopez coming to our house each day. They showed up promptly,…read morewere very respectful of our home, and worked hard the entire time they were here. From the beginning, they had excellent communication with us, which continued throughout the painting process. We communicated via phone call, text messages, and email. David was very patient while we picked our colors. He came by a few times to do some sample swatches. He got us the exact colors and the exact finish we wanted. Especially with COVID right now, some paint finishes were out, but he was able to get them! We loved the process of how they painted and which rooms to start in first. At the end of each day, David let us know what they'll be working on the next day. They moved everything, covered and protected it, and placed everything back when they were done. We have 9 ft ceilings and two 15 ft stairwells. I can't imagine it was an easy job but they did it flawlessly. We're also changing our flooring so they cut out the edge of the carpet so that they can get full coverage of the baseboards. They also hammered in the nails from the carpet tack strips so our children don't get hurt. They paid excellent attention to details when painting and used the highest quality paint with ultra low VOC's. We have two toddlers, so the paint quality is extremely important to us.
