I was so impressed by how quickly they responded, worked on the repair, and I am happy with work done. Totally responsive and helpful talking through the process. Biggest pain was driving down to Scotts Valley but the shop also offered to have me to do drop off in Los Gatos if that was more convenient.

Absolutely Perfect! I've had frame and fork protection installed on my last six bikes, so I have some experience. My first two bikes were done with invisiFRAME®, which I installed myself - a challenging and time-consuming process. For my next three, I stuck with invisiFRAME® but had a local bike shop handle the installation. My sixth bike was protected by Fanatik Bikes in Bellingham, WA, using RideWrap®, and I have to say, while it's tough to compare directly, the RideWrap® PPF material feels more durable than invisiFRAME®. Out of the overall seven times that I had PPF installed on my bikes, the best job was done by the guys @ RideWrap® Santa Cruz, CA. Ride Wrap's website customer support staff is basically non-existent. My experience with them was…read morethat, they collected over $140 worth of payment from me, and have failed to ship out the ordered products, or respond to customer support emails. My first order was marked for local pickup at the Santa Cruz location - after ordering, I realized that it's much faster for me to simply get the items shipped home, so I requested for an order cancellation. If I need to pay for a restocking fee, then so be it. But they had not responded to the cancellation request for over 2 weeks. My second order was marked for "ship to home" and my payment clearly included the shipping fee. Their fulfillment guy messed up and marked it for local pick up at Santa Cruz location. I had pointed this out in email and asked them to fix this - still no response. This brand is basically a sink hole for your money. Don't order from them. Make sure to report poor business practices to Federal Trade Commission.

I have been a customer at Spokesman for over 30 years. I bought two bikes from them in the past and…read morelots of equipment. Today, I got a flat tire on the river levee not very far from Spokesman. I called to ask them to fix the flat, and he asked if it was an e-bike. I said yes, but it has normal tires. The employee who answered the phone said, "We only repair e-bikes that we sell". I explained that I had a serious flat, and he repeated the same words even louder. I mentioned that I have bought bikes and equipment from them and am a long-time customer. I also asked if he would repair it if I bought a tire, and he repeated the same exact words even louder. I had to walk my bike a couple of miles to Epicenter Cycling, and they repaired it right away. I can't believe that Spokesman treated a customer this way. I will never go there again. The irony is that I tried to buy an e-bike from them back when I was shopping for one, and the one that I took for a test ride had a chain that kept skipping. I brought it back to see if they would fix it or give me another one to test ride, and the employee just shrugged and said that they do that. I left and bought one elsewhere. Other than that, I used to really like the store and the employees. But those two experiences have turned me off for good.
