We couldn't fit everybody and the bridal party was broken up and people had to drive separate. I am not impressed and will never use this company ever. They still charged us the bus price and tried to blame the incident on us. They wouldn't answer the phone that day either and would not return calls at all. It's nice to have the peace of mind of having pre-arranged transportation to and from the airport, since ride share (especially since the pandemic) has been less reliable in our area. The drivers find you in the airport on arrival, and walk you to the car, often even helping with bags (which is above and beyond), as opposed to leaving you to figure out where to go.
