After spending hundreds, if not thousands here. I complain about a vape (has happened to me before here but would take the loss but finally had it) . I purchased a vape not having any charge, nor flavor, it tasted like battery acid. Owner refused to offer an exchange or refund, that "there was nothing I could do." No problem. You lost a loyal customer and my business forever. Hope the $25 gain was worth it. Have a blessed day, "brother" read more

I don't understand the bad reviews. The owners are so nice. Decent selection and everything is valued fairly. The only thing I would come to mind other than positive stuff is they are listed at opening at 8am. It's more around 10am. But besides that it's my go to. read more

this smoke shop sucks they clise at 7pm not 8pm update please! they are way too expensive on everyrhing tbey are 3/5 $ more per item. they are aleays praying and playing loud religious middle eastern music whole neighborhood canhear it.i hate leaving neg reveiwsim a small business ownwr myself and know its hard work. im curtious always tru yo see past the negatives to the positives couldnt do that this time read more

0 stars. Trust me when I tell you this place is shady. The owner of this shop is extremely rude and aggressive. I bought a $25 vape that was broken so I I brought it back the very next day. The worker told me he can't return it unless the owner was there BUT HE PUT HIS MOUTH ON IT (to I guess see if it was really broken??? Umm gross! who does that??) so I left the product there and came back AGAIN. This time the owner was there and was disgustingly mean from the start. To the point I even said " whoa I'm being very calm, I don't know why you're talking to me like that". He REFUSED to return/ exchange or anything. He also told me "no one put their mouth on it because no one smokes here" WELL I WATCHED HIM and COULDN'T BELIEVE IT MYSELF so I told him to check his cameras and see for himself. Obviously I didn't get a refund or anything. Horrible business and horrible way to treat or talk to customers. It says a lot that you'd act like that to a completely calm customer too. You should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

Man don't ever go here they are over priced. Everything is top dollar because it's in chino. Places in San B sale the same product for literally half the price. Don't go here they are a rip off and the dude work there sucks he rips people off. read more

The woman working here totally over charged me and didn't feel bad about it. I didn't have a choice by to buy because we were on our way to a concert but I would rather purchase from a business down the street Crappy people = crappy review on yelp read more

This place is down right the best smoke shoot to ever visit, the owner is very friendly and he always helps you with whatever your looking for weather its from buying a cigar to choosing a great water pipe.
