The young lady I saw the first time I went here was very helpful. I went I. Again for a birthday present for a friend and the heavy set young guy was literally no help at all. I believe he was too busy trying to get.back to his conversation with the guys hanging out in the store. Great vape shop! I walked in one day with my couzins to check out the place and they were welcoming and let us try some of the vapes and juices. And I came the next day with my new mod not knowing too much and wanted to get a build so I got a new build and the guy did a very great job on it and on top of that he taught me a bunch about the mods while doing the build. I highly recommend this shop and definitely will be back to get some more juice in the future! read more

If I could give this shop no stars I would. Extremely long story short we bought a vape and 2 weeks later it stopped working which was not the shops fault BUT since it had been such a short time we hoped they would help. After speaking with Patrick there was hope of getting a replacement vape, since that is what he said would happen, and told us moving forward to deal with Liz...wish we could have dealt with Patrick only. The other employees of this shop are rude and do not understand the concept of customer service! We were lied to and did not receive the replacement Liz had also promised us we would get. We were then told never to call the shop again...WOW...and to stop harassing them. I did know following up on a promise that I was extended was harassment. Hopefully this review saves others the same frustration we had to go through. read more

I went in about 4 days ago to get my coil changed and it screwed up and now it won't stop leaving it leaking I took it back in today the guy had no idea what he was doing or what was wrong he just put it back together now it's leaking even worse I really like the ceiling or the renter to get in contact with me at 626-722-2647 I am very upset and the man that I spoke with have no idea what he was doing today I'm very disappointed also since it's been draining so much it has taken the color off of my stick it looks horrible you can only hit it two times and then have to open it up and air it out but you have my coil is good I am not understanding what's going on and like I said I would really love to speak to his supervisor ASAP I was also given the worst ice very juice that I've ever gotten in my life just extremely disappointed I hope to hear back from somebody read more

After a poor build on my first ever vape, it was soon followed by an even worse rebuild, so I decided to give allure a shot. Like the jerk I am I came in 10 minutes before closing asking all sorts of newbie questions and they were nothing but nice and informative. They must have taken pity on me because they gave me a free rebuild and explained to me what the issue was, and how to avoid it in the future. Exactly one month ago I happened to stop by Allure Vapor Shop and was welcomed by the friendliest, helpful and most knowledgeable business owners I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I was a cigarette smoker for 20 years and have been wanting to stop smoking. I was sick of feeling like an outcast everywhere I would go, smelling like an ashtray and the fact that I could not go up a flight of stairs without gasping for air. Like most, I am sure, I had tried the patch, gum and everything else out there to stop smoking. None of which ever worked. With co-owner Sabrina's assistance and extensive knowledge I made the best decision of my life! I bought the Kanger Protank-II Clear Atomizer. I was able to taste test numerous flavors and decided on "Rip Tide" (Slight menthol flavor) with 12mg of nicotine. After 2 weeks I graduated to more flavors with less nicotine and now at one month I am proud to say that I have been cigarette free! No withdrawals, no feeling deprived. I have always been hesitant to go into new vape shops, because many vape shops are completely stuck up! I have had bad luck and bad experiences at numerous vape shops which I will not discuss on this review. However, the people at allure vape shop are nothing like my preconceived notions of these places. Patrick, Liz, and sabrina welcomed me into their shop like they knew me for years( forgive me guys but I can't remember the other guys name). Regardless, they really try to please the customer and hear what you have to say. They know their stuff and they will go above and beyond to please their customers. They are awesome people and funny as heck too. So if you are in the area stop in if not, make it a point to check them out. It is worth it and they Will let you try all of their juices with no pressure at all. I go there roughly every three days and if I am in the area I will swing by to say hi. This is how good there rapport is with me and mind you I was hesitant at first to walk through the doors! Check them out. Like I said before it is worth it! read more

Wow, just left this.. place. My husband and I were not impressed. In this sort of up and coming business in vaping, your place should be bright, your employees should be friendly and courteous, and it should be welcoming. We walked in to a dark room to absolutely no greeting, just stern, stuck up stares. We asked for a certain size coil and the employee flat out said that it didn't exist and told us to use a different size because that's what every other person uses. I don't know about you, but I don't appreciate being made to feel stupid when I'm trying to make a purchase. So we just ended up taking the product and got in line. The employee working the register just about "barked" at us to come up to her and snatched it out of my husband's hands and rang it up and yelled the price at us. After paying, we just walked out in disgust. Never again. read more

Went in the other day and bought a pack of KangerTech coils, when I got home my E cig completely broke, so I spoke to the manager and she happily told me to return the coils for store credit, friendly and helpful staff, I bought a sub box mini and with the store credit I got good quality e liquid, I am very satisfied with this place, they take there time in explaining to you the different types of e liquid they have and give you a break down on the certain types of e cigs that they sell.
