Found a beautiful vanity/countertop at RSI at a fantastic price. We had it delivered and delivery was easy to schedule and efficient. When our contractor opened the box, it was discovered that the backsplash was cracked. Kelly had me email pictures of the broken piece and reordered a replacement piece.
