My mom is the type of person hat thinks flowers are dumb cause they die within a week or two, but still loves to see and smell it. I decided to place an online order for delivery, a month in advance but they could only deliver 2 days after Mother's Day. I decided to order since my mom doesn't make a big deal out of late celebration deliveries, and also I have not been able to find a local florist that delivered in 70058 till I stumbled upon Simply Gorgeous Flowers. The day of delivery, the florist called me that she could not see my credit card number online - only the last four digits. She asked me to send it give it to her over the phone, but I felt uncomfortable with that idea. She told me she can send an invoice (via Quickbooks) and I just need to put the credit card number in and we should be ok. I felt much more comfortable with that idea and my flowers were delivered that day. My mom LOVED her flowers. The pricing was affordable and the flowers were great! The roses were blossomed and full at arrival and the lilies were going to be blossomed soon! This means the bouquet could last a couple weeks! She also noted that the flowers smelled better than the ones in the past, so this was a bonus! I will continue to order from Simply Gorgeous Flowers again in the future. Hopefully I can stop in one day when I'm back down visiting.

She knew Mr. Hawkins and was a customer of his but almost 20 years before she passed. I'll be able to order flowers myself from him and the arrangements were always beautiful, colorful, and fresh. Mr. Hawkins did a personal consultation with me when I got married and I have since ordered multiple types of arrangements from his company. His prices will also very reasonable for what you got and I'll miss Mr. Hawkins. His family is continued to put out quality arrangements and his legacy is fully intact! They also take the time to work with you if you need something special and I always willing to go out of their way! They are my go-to for all flowers beautiful!

A bride's worst nightmare. We had to scramble and ask a family member to make a bouquet out of random flowers. We tried everything to reach them - even Instagram - but no response. When I called Tuesday morning to ask what happened - they said "We told you to pick up your bouquet before noon." I don't remember them saying that - but ok, even if they did - couldn't they have called me on my cell - tracked me down - left a message. When they locked up on Saturday afternoon, did that not occur to anyone? I was told Ms. D (not using her name) tried to call you - and I checked and the only calls were my frantic calls to try to locate my bouquet an hour before the ceremony. Even if Ms. D called (which after triple checking, she did not), why wouldn't she leave a message? No staff to deliver the bouquet? No problem. Take it to your off-site event and I'll send an Uber or a family member to pick up my bouquet. Yes, they apologized - then they said you wouldn't believe the number of people who forget to pick up their flowers. What?!?! Then he hung up on me. Wow. Awful service, especially for a small business. Wouldn't trust them again with anything big or small.
