He told a story of a customer being charged an additional $4,000.00 at the end of the sale through eBay. I went through him. He canceled the sale and refuses to return my $250.00 deposit. Said it was my fault I did not complete the transaction. I related a conversation from the previous week where he said no problem next week is fine. Well it wasn't.
