RT Total Lawn Care is a misnomer as they do a lot more than lawn care. They are a "we'll do anything" type of business. In my case, it was construction. I am very satisfied with their work and plan to contact them again for my next construction project. My project was to demolish and rebuild the external, entry stairs for my front porch and to demolish a large deck and build a balcony with staircase to replace it. I have attached pictures. The finished product was spot on to what he and I had discussed and was (most importantly) wife approved. Rafael serves as the foreman, and his crew of two performed the job. The project was completed in 4 days (more quickly than planned). They used excellent materials and recycled wood from the previous structures wherever possible and appropriate. I really appreciate his eye for sustainability. His crew was rarely idle and worked continuously without watching their cell phones. His bid was about 2/3s of the next lowest bid. My only criticism was that the job site was not cleaned completely (95% clean) and some tire mark damage to my lawn was not repaired. I discovered some of this after the crew had left. This is no big deal. Rafael is very particular about customer satisfaction and strives to make sure you are happy before final payment is made. If there is a problem, he assures you even after completion that he will return to make it right. read more

For good reasons, this is my 3rd time using RT Total Lawn Care.   I must admit, when I initially identified this job to sand and refinish my rear wood deck, I didn't think of contacting Rafael.  Then I recalled how he and his team previously did an excellent job relocating my wood rear fence several years ago, and years later they redid some of my front yard's lot-line. To be specific - RT Total Lawn Care's pricing was competitive (not necessarily the cheapest nor the highest), very responsive (scheduled and showed up next day to provide me with a written estimate), started work on-time one day later, his team worked the weekend too (I needed to get the job done before a specific date), they didn't simply put new Trex decking onto any discovered structural issues - but they corrected them and reinforced them.   As I posted previously -- I'd highly recommend and consider using RT Total Lawn Care again.  But now I do so for most home remodeling, decking, fencing, new/repair and yard care services. read more

I cant say in words what a great job RT Total Lawn Care did in replacing my mom's fence. They were quick and professional in removing the old fence and putting in the new. Scheduled a date to come out and give me a bid, canceled without telling me, and just sent me an email without any identification with a quote instead. Quoted me $6000 for a project that they admitted when I laughed at them on the phone that they were going to pay their own team about $900 max for- single day job with 2-3 people. When I was laughing at their sales woman on the phone, she kept going "but the labor costs are $300 a person per day!" as if she hadn't already admitted it was a single day of work for 2-3 people, which I knew going in to the call. My competing offer I was trying to see if I could get a bid under was for $1200. Absolutely insane ripoff scumbags that should get absolutely no business from anyone if this is how they comport themselves. What a joke. read more

Rafael and his crew were incredible. In one day they had the fence torn down to the studs and finished in the entire project by late afternoon. They made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. They took away all the old fencing and cleaned everything up before leaving. I can't recommend this company enough. I would have them do any project in my home. They are professional, nice and the project was the most affordable from the many quotes we received. It was very cold on that day and they still completed it in record time. My neighbor had them replace his fence as well and were finished by that same evening. These guys are awesome. read more

Rafael and Sara! I honestly feel SO fortunate to have found them. I had a very old 90 feet of fence half rotten to be replaced and a dying birch tree to be cut down. From the point I messaged them to a bid and completed work was only three days. To go from hideous to gorgeous feels great. The crew is AMAZING! Rafael was absolutely amazing. We contacted him through home advisor. Which by the way has over 150 reviews on his company. We had 170 feet of fence that had to be torn out with 40 feet of a massive built in flower box. We had 40 feet of fence added to the yard. In one day he had the old fence torn down and the new posts put up. I do have to say there is a small language barrier but his niece Sara is there to help with translation and working. Definetly contact him you won't regret it. What ever you want done he can do it. Him and his crew don't give up, we had 5 stumps that needed to be ground out. Well slight miscommunication they didn't get ground but they ended up digging them out or cutting them down below ground level. Rafeal, Ed, and Sara were great. I am so glad that I found them. They have hundreds of 5 star reviews on google and rightfully so. Their quote to build our deck was clear, no hidden charges. We made a few changes as the work went on because this was our first time for getting such a dech built. Almost everyday, we would give them some suggestion. They were always open for it and either gave a better option or discussed why it wouldnt work. Everything was discussed openly. From day one, their crew worked real hard to finish building our deck with railing n lights, and patio-cover in a couple of weeks! I highly recommend them for their workmanship and integrity. What a great team! Rafael and his crew did an amazing job replacing both my fence and my deck! They cut down some trees and planted some new ones. They all were such hard workers and knew exactly what they were doing. The were friendly and made sure I was completely satisfied.
