I had a very complicated tile pattern selected for my bathroom and it matches perfectly at every seam. M3 even compensated for the fact that the wall wasn't perfectly straight and made it look as if it was. Secondly, they are very reasonable and extremely hard working. The last few days, even though they were not behind schedule, they worked long hours, drenched in sweat from the fact that our AC needed replacing. They did not complain (or I think really even notice); they were just focused on getting the job done and getting it done to perfection, which they did. The bathroom looks amazing and we could not be more pleased. M3 is also a company made up of professional, kind, caring and generous individuals. We never for one moment felt uncomfortable having them at the house or felt like we needed to check in with them to make sure things were being done correctly. On the contrary, it was always nice to have them around because of their wonderfully kind and gentle demeanor. Johnathan applied stain to my cedar-clad garage and art studio, a somewhat tricky process; the result was perfection. Johnathan also painted the 100-year-old brick exterior and wooden eaves of my house. There were layers of old peeling paint dangling from the eaves. We were originally quoted $20,000 by a water restoration company who told us they needed to pull out all of our kitchen cabinetry, cut open large sections of our walls, and spray chemicals for suspected mold growth. It was going to be a massive project that would take about eight weeks and completely turn our home upside down. Thankfully, we decided to get another opinion and called Kevin. Instead of jumping straight into a huge demolition, he carefully investigated the issue, opened the walls where it actually made sense, and discovered that the leak was not from the old sink leak at all like the restoration company believed.
