Since then, I have attempted multiple times to resolve the issue. I called on Friday and again on Monday, spoke with two different individuals, and was told I would receive return calls, which never happened. Due to the lack of follow-up, I had to extend a rental car while waiting for guidance. Being told afterward that the tow would be "covered" did not address the failed repair, the safety risk, or the lack of communication. I expected better quality work and responsiveness for a safety-related repair. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

This is my personally owned postal vehicle. I took my vehicle to Snowdance where it stayed for 3 days before I was told nothing was wrong and I must have put oil in the wrong hole. I asked specifically three separate times if they checked the oil cooler, because it's a jeep Wrangler. I was told that they checked it and it checked out fine and that it was my error. I was charged for the work and paid even though I felt they were wrong when I picked up my vehicle. I have a bumper-to-bumper warranty that would have covered any repair, so I ended up having to pay more than I would have, had they actually found the problem. Fast-forward three weeks and the Jeep overheats. I took it to another shop who found that the Oil cooler was in fact leaking. At this point, my cooling system was completely destroyed and my jeep was in the shop for an additional 10 days to replace the entire cooling system because it was completely gunked up with oil. The fact that they missed it resulted in 10 days without my work vehicle, an additional charge to have it towed when it overheated, and a more extensive repair. This is unacceptable from a trusted mechanic. Do better and refund my money.

Oh my gosh these people are great! We had been all over Joliet, Downers Grove, Hinsdale etc…read more. Nothing but a wild goose chase of junk, scams and rude sales people. If you don't have millions$ they don't want to bother with you! Got to this dealership 10 mins before closing they stayed open late and very helpful. They have a used car dealership in Ottawa too. We ended up buying two used cars from them and they went out of there way to help us. And they are honest. We gave cash and came to get the car the next day. We had given them $100 too much and they gave it back to us plus a good price on the cars we bought. This will be my dealership from now on! Thank you so much. Worth the drive.
