He assembled my gazebo, set up my portable hot tub and installed a Ring Security floodlight camera for me. I will definitely be calling him for the next project I have. Jose did an awesome job assembling my 8 x 10 shed. He arrived on time and completed the whole job in a little over 3 hours. (I'm sure it would have taken me a couple of days and a lot of frustration to get this done.) His rate was extremely reasonable. The shed was missing a few screws of a certain size and he improvised and made it work. He also cleaned up afterwards cutting all the cardboard and putting it in the recycle bin. Jose put a roof on my 97 year old father's sunroom. It was slightly leaking at the time and he informed me he knew how to install this type of roof. As soon as it rained the new roof leaked everywhere! It was unbelievable. I called him and texted him several times to please help to repair this or at least reimburse my dad for what he paid him. I sent pictures to him and he did not have the integrity to ever respond. This is how he treated an elderly man. I have been trying to deal with this roof ever sense. I had a couple of emergency projects, demo of concrete steps and assembled the storage shed, where I needed to get these projects done for my new tenants to move in the following day. Jose came out and did the demolition of the steps. The steps turned out to be a super complicated task where we discovered after peeling the tile overlay, the wooden frame, there were an entire solid block of concrete. Jose carefully chiseled away the concrete while protecting the patio glass doors and porcelain tiles. He went above and beyond the scope of work and came back the following day and built a base frame for a couple of armoire closets. I was in awe of his work.
