I have to say that our family is so grateful to the amazing team in Rubenstein Law. Though their entire team is amazing those that helped me in my case Attorney Tony Soto, Nancy Rodriguez, and Claudia Arias were there to assist with every phone call, question, concern that I had. My case was complex and throughout the process they were there giving me realistic expectations and emotional support. As any personal injury case emotions are involved and it is important to have a team that can give you perspective and insight to this arduous and long process. My case took close to four years and several surgeries later we were finally at the end. The settlement was good but so many bills were accumulated during this time that would eat up much of the settlement. This is when Claudia Arias got to work to fight to reduce many of the bills that had mounted up. Within a few weeks she called that they had negotiated some but were still working on a couple more. They gave me what I thought was the large portion of my settlement. Imagine my surprise when a few weeks later Claudia called me to let me know she had been able to considerably negotiate the pricing down. Now this is where I was shocked, I had expected to receive a small amount, only to find out she had been able to double my initial amount. Way to go Claudia Arias. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I would like to personally and publically call out your firm for being fraudulent! My son, a United States Marine, a student at FAU and loving and helpful brother to his sister who has significant disabilities has been SUED by your firm after one of your clients REAR ENDED HIM!  My son was found NOT AT FAULT by the reporting cops and the insurance company's investigation.  He was stopped at a red light and was rear ended by your money hungry clients who want to try and get a claim larger than what the insurance wants to offer.  We know that he is not at fault.  The LAW knows that he is not at fault.  There is nothing more that you will gain other than a a lawsuit that is designed to give money to the at-fault driver.  You will not win Mr Rubenstein.  You will be outed for a practice that draws these people that want to steal and try to play the Law into their favor.  Your phone lines will be overwrought with people with no morals, no facts, no money and those that are scraping the bottom of the barrel and then they will call you! Your reputation, of which I know you do not care about, has been tarnished forever.  Your firm is for the lowest of the low, the scoundrels who think the Law is above them, those that deserve to live forever with their actions.  I sincererly suggest you take a step back and consider your Karma because your firm deserves to get exactly what you portray.  And that is distaste and reprehensible actions in which will leave you deprived of your needs. I was injured, by a slip and fall and suffered a concussion and several herniated disks. I saw Robert Rubenstein on TV and called. Like so many Americans today I did not have insurance & did not no what to do. Roberts's team made sure I got and still get the care that I need. I call and leave a message I get a call back that day. Robert is just a call away. His staff worked around my schedule and not around his. (I think his Mom raised him well) I'm treated with such respect and care; I know that Robert & his firm will protect me & my family. Rubinstein Law dismissed my case leaving a voice mail and Yunia Castillo told me not to contact them anymore because they were not representing me anymore and yesterday the insurance company who let me know they settled requested and cashed a check $10,000, under my claim and Rubinstein Law never told me and never disbursed the money I told the insurance how the providers almost charged 3 times regular services and they only report to Rubinstein Law and today Yunia Castillo sent me e-mail telling me accounting department will be returning the money to the insurance. Using injured people to obtain money after dismissing them playing with the health of insurance users. "Misunderstanding" as the enail I received said is not properly the meaning of taking money and keeping the money obtained by using dismissed injured clients thinking how smart Rubinstein Law client satisfaction employees are that nobody will ever know, when getting angry and mad and trying to intimidate clients is the first sign that something is not correct. read more

There isn't really enough words to describe how great my experience was at Rubenstein law! As you can imagine it was an emotional time with a lot of ups and downs dealing with injury and recovery. The one thing that is most important when dealing with any law firm is that they never once added to the stress of a VERY stressful situation but instead went above and beyond the status quo to alleviate it. My experience with Rubenstein Law has been excellent! I traveled to Florida for work and had a rental car. My first contact with Rubenstein law was with Jaun Somoza. He was an absolute pleasure to talk with. He had no problem keeping me informed and reassured of my case. Later in my case it was handed to Michelle Waddell and her assistant Zamira. Michelle was always patient and many great words of advice. I could actually call her cell personally and she would always take the time to listen. I had a deeply disappointing experience with Rubenstein Law Firm. From the outset, their communication was lackluster. I had trouble getting timely responses to emails and phone calls, which left me feeling ignored and frustrated. When I did finally get through to someone, I was met with unhelpful and vague answers that didn't address my concerns. The level of professionalism was not up to par either. There were several instances where I felt like my case was being handled carelessly. Key deadlines were missed, and important details were overlooked. I felt more like just another case number than a valued client. For a simple driving accident claim it took them almost 2 years to complete. We went to this law firm for assistance with a automobile accident. Everything went well. There legal staff is doing a great job. Martha Garay has done a great job for us and has stayed in touch with all aspects of our case. She get's back too you when you call or leave an E/Mail and is very professional. If there is an issue and she is not to sure she will search it out and gets back to us asap, for a Pre-Litigation Assistant she is super reliable and as I said before very professional.
