He and his wife, Joanna, worked through a back log of orders, and took on my project in a timely manner. He found the springs to be in working order. He wrote up my order when he had a good look at the condition of my seats. He did careful work with the cotton and leather. They gave me a great price on the leather they had on hand. I didn't have to purchase a whole hide. I recommend Jim for his exceptional service and skill.
