Was visiting the area and did some research on nail salons near where I was staying. Emailed about prices and received prompt responses. Made (2) gel manicure appointments the day before for 10 AM on a Saturday. We arrived just before 10 AM and saw a handful of customers and only one technician. My friend and I took our time choosing our colors as our appointments did not begin until 10:15 AM. I unfortunately forgot the name of my nail technician but she was super friendly and easy to chat with. She helped me choose a new polish as they were out of the one I picked, and extremely happy with my manicure! Covid protocols followed here and felt really safe getting a manicure here. Would be back if I am in the area. Prices are really reasonable as well. read more

I was in the area and had an hour to kill. They open at 10 and I had no problem as a walk-in. I got Ha, who is very exotic looking and nice to talk to. They have color selections up the ying, even the dip powder that I use. I love the sparkly ones and chose a pink pastel since I am already in denial of winter and want to be reminded of the spring. They use nice cosmetic brushes. They also have a very cool method for taking off the old polish. Just a cotton ball and very firm rubber clips. It takes the old polish off within minutes as opposed to the foil wraps on your nails that can take 20 minutes to peel off. So time efficient. They are more than compliant with distancing and you feel quite safe. I would make the trek out here if I didn't have my standby in St. Paul. read more

If it were possible to give a 0 or less than 0 review I would. I have had my nails done for many years at various places and these are the absolute worst. My 6 year old son could have done a better job. my natural nails were very long and they destroyed them. I do dip which is a very easy on and off process. she clearly didn't know what she was doing. I'm having to go somewhere else to have them redone. Do not waste your time or money in this place! read more

Walk-in service for mani-pedi's with my daughter before her wedding. The total cost was $135.00 for 2 basic pedicures, two mani's (one basic, one set of acrylics). My daughter was supposed to have acrylics but had an allergic reaction (hives). She had to bring this to the attention of the nail tech and myself. I am surprised that the tech didn't stop after seeing the reaction on her first hand. We had the acrylics removed and she opted for the basic manicure. I was very disappointed that we were charged for the removal of acrylics after her allergic reaction. For $135.00 the service and nails were nothing to rave about. This was my first experience with a dip powder and not impressed. Mediocre. read more

They are very kind but my dip with fake tips took 2 and a half hours and their polish was messy. It took 3 different people to finish my nails. I spent 70 dollars and was greatly disappointed. I couldn't even show up to get them fixed because I didn't want to spend any more time there. read more

I had a relaxing time here and the pedicure was A-OK! The massage chairs are really comfy, the nail technicians know what they are doing and are super friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable, $25 for a pedicure, $17 for a nail fill. The place was hopping for a Monday afternoon. The one downside was the selection of colors to choose from was small. Not a big deal but thought I would mention it. If you have a favorite color, you might want to bring it along! I will be back! read more

I was very unsatisfied with my experience at Ruby Nails. I was looking for a new nail salon and I saw some good reviews, so I decided to try Ruby. I asked for a full set with short, square tips. I received nails that were far too long with uneven tips and backs that were shockingly far away from my cuticles. What's worse, my nails hurt after I left the salon. I have been going to this place for over 4 years but will not be going back. Today I figured it would be busy since it was a nice day.out. I called to make an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. They scheduled the appointment with me at 3:30. I showed up on time and they told me to pick out my polish and have a seat. I waited 10 minutes and then a lady came up and said I'm sorry but one of our employees had to leave unexpectedly. She said that I could come back the next day and offered me a free design or something. I'm sorry I made an appointment and drove here for it so I would hope you could honor it and if you couldn't you would offer something more. Well I ended up at the salon across the St and the have now won a new customer! read more

The salon was clean, professional, friendly and Jolene did a fantastic job on my pedicure and French manicure (I tend to be very picky). The OPI polish is non existent. The technician scraped my nails and didn't soak the and then wrap them in foil as is the recommended removal procedure. The nail tech informed me as she was scraping off the polish that the normal procedure was to use the Dremel tool to grind off the polish, but since she had no customers she would "spend extra time with me". All in all I will never be back and would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

The atmosphere is very comfortable-they have recently redecorated with beautiful new pedicure chairs and manicure stations.
