They are one of a few salons that do this at least in my area! The Salon Not sure how long they've been around, but the people there have only owned it for a little over a year at the time of this review. They were THE sweetest salon I've ever been to! So kind and welcoming and not too busy to help you! I've been to a few other local salons and have felt like I was bothering them or they were annoyed that I said ow when they were basically burning my nail when removing old gel nails. Needless to say, it was refreshing how patient and kind Bella Nails is! Kevin was fantastic and Vivi, who made me feel so very welcome as well. The Process T.A.P. Gel Nails are a blend of dip and gel polish. It took under an hour for the whole process (nail prep to finish). AND THEY CAN FILL THEM!! No more ripping/sanding off old dip to put new on. Also, they are not as thick and look VERY natural! I'm so impressed. I am even more excited to be able to get fills again! I went with a natural color and length. I highly recommend them

Amazing! Thorough. Soothing. Getting all that grown cuticle cut back -- you know what I mean. I got the standard pedicure and she did such a nice job on my lower legs -- so smooth now. I made an appointment for pedicures for my stepdaughter and I to have pedicures. This was early Fall 2021. First, customer service was aweful. When we got there, one of the nail techs came up to and asked if we had an appointment, I told them we did. In a rude tone she told us to sit down and pick a color, not welcoming us what so ever! She let us pick a color for only 2 minutes! This was my stepdaughters first pedicure and she was already nervous. To be rushed like that is again absolutely horrible customer service. Next, I told the nail tech who was the rude one unfortunately, that I am diabetic so I just want the dry skin removed, no cut, no digging into my toes, just the dry skin removed with a pumice stone. She just shook her head yes (she did understand English). All of the sudden she starts digging into my toe, I stopped her and told her again please don't dig into my toes. She looked at me and then started talking with the nail tech doing my stepdaughter's pedicure and was talking loudly in her native language and the other nail tech said she told not to do that; however, again she started digging into my toes. I told her that is enough, do not dig into my toes. She said I'm trying to make pretty, I told her again don't dig into my toes. We finished with the pedicure and paid $120 that included the tip. ( Which I regret doing.) Here is the worst part of the incident. That evening my toe hurt so bad I could barely walk. I tried to doctor it up, but to no change on my own, I went to my doctor and was told I have an infection and I need to be put on antibiotics! AN INFECTION that possibly could have never healed, which it did,but, if not I could have lost my big toe! ( I have had peds with my diabetes and have never had a problem like this one.) Furthermore, my stepdaughter also got an infection to the point she had to be referred to a Podiatrist it got so bad. Fortunately, hers healed as well. I know this is a long review, but I want it to be known to look at different nail salons in the area, ask them questions, and if they do not listen to you and your request before your ped, cancel that appointment! I do not want anyone to go thru the experience me and my stepdaughter had SUN NAILS IN WBL.

She is great and my hair has never looked better. I can't say enough good things about her and Kerastase. Trust her judgment. She is fun and knows her stuff. The Salon is full of the nicest people and it's a beautiful salon without being stuffy and snooty. You feel comfortable being there and almost feel bad when it's time to leave. We had appointments at 1PM and arrived promptly. Our bride waited over an hour for someone to even get started on her mani pedi and was ultimately rushed through her pedicure in like 15 minutes. We were charged the full amount despite sloppy work that, in my opinion, was greatly overpriced. Another bridal party even came in for appointments after ours and they were still taking a servicing walk-ins before us. I wish they would be considerate of timing as it should never take almost three hours for four people to be serviced when they had close to 10 employees. Even at the end, my polish was rushed and I need to get my toe nails redone after the wedding because they're clumpy and sloppy. The only saving grace was that our bride was very pleased with her manicure and will enjoy having her nails done for the wedding.
