I did a walk-in and did not made any apointment. This place was able to help my sister and I right a way. We were in for a pedicure. The worker here are very nice and soft spoken. The water was nice and hot. They have the massage chair on and made sure it was to our preference. They took their time and my feet felt great. It is worth the money I paid for. We love Nail Chic me and my mom go every time we need a pedicure or manicure. They can do beautiful designs and their signature pedicure is spectacular. The 15 minute hot stone massage and hot towel alone with their all natural lotions and scrubs leave you feeling refreshed and moisturized. I made an appointment, so as to have the time available for my own nails. However, because they overbooked, I was given a person who was not happy to have yet another pedicure. She did not open any packets of clean tools, but rather, had tools which were used all day on others. The water was not clean, and the towels used were not new with each customer. When leaving I made a miscalculation on the tip and paid her at least twice what the amount should have been at 20 percent. She said not one word and kept that tip. She did not say anything at all, calling into question their integrity. I won't go again. read more

I had a great experience at Nail Chic, I got an acrylic full set with an encapsulated glitter french design. I made the mistake of not specifying that I wanted a custom set when booking, but fortunately there was a nail tech just finishing another client who could do more complex designs. Next time I'll know to specify that on the phone, my mistake! I'm glad it all worked out though, and the tech did an excellent job on my nails! Everyone was very friendly. read more

This place is horrible. Things seemed to be great at first then I got into my service and it started going downhill. I got very slow treatment (as well as the 1 other poc in the building) compared to the rest of the customers. I requested my service over the phone so when I had to explain everything multiple times to the two people doing my nails (for some reason they switched) it was very frustrating. Not only did I have to explain what I wanted multiple times I had to correct the work they did multiple times. They even had their friends come over (3) to watch, which was so inappropriate and overall not the experience I went for. At this point all I could do was laugh because I've never had this poor treatment before. They would not listen and do my nails the way I wanted and was paying for. As someone paying for a service I expect it to be done better than expected each time, I couldn't even get what I expected. They reshaped my nails in a way I specifically said no to multiple times and I ended up going home and fixing them all myself. When I was done getting my nails painted they sent me out with not a single drop of lotion or cuticle oil or anything. Just dry feet and a poor experience. I sat in my car (thankfully I keep oil and lotion) and finished my service. I left a good tip and regret even doing that. If you want cheap service this is the place for you. I paid around $90 to have them ruin my nails. And to top it all off, my nail polish is already peeling. I only came in because I had one chipped nail I wanted fixed and ended up with the worst pedicure ever. I feel so gross having this on my feet I literally cried. read more

Sean and all of the Nail Chic techs make each visit fun, pleasant and relaxing all at the same time. They are all very professional, some how remember everyone's name and definitely make you want to come back for the royal treatment. It was very nice and clean. Friendly. I would say nicer than the ones in the area of White Bear Lake. Made an appointment as I haven't gone for a pedicure since Covid. However, I prefer going to places where prices are listed. I asked for a basic pedicure and they were about $10 higher than other nearby places--again basic (no gel, etc.) $37 for a pedicure was a little steep for a basic with a $5 tip. Other than the pricing, I think it was nice. I am not sure I would go back, because at the end of the day, my feet look the same as the other salons. read more

Sean was my technician, I came in to get a fill and he noticed I had a very crooked fingernail (previous tech different nail sallon) and He completely straightened it out without having to remove the nail. I also had curved fingernails from the previous Tech and he was able to make them straight. I am very impressed and I will be going back. Highly recommend this place read more

Nail Chic has yet to disappoint! Krystal goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are satisfied. Every employee is extremely personable and always welcoming. I come into the salon with my 3 year old daughter which I know can be frowned upon by a lot of salons as well as can be extremely distracting to other clients. Even though she is well behaved every employee interacts with her and makes sure she has everything she needs while I am getting my nails done. Probably the most disappointing pedicure I've ever had. I had called at 7 to make sure they had time to do a pedicure before closing. They told me they did so I went in. Sat in the chair for 35 minutes before a nail tech had a chance to get to me. By that time it was almost closing, so it was the most rushed pedi I've ever received. The 3 people who were getting full sets of nails done when I walked in were still getting done when I was leaving. The salon itself is clean and the workers seem very kind so I'm going to maybe try them again before giving up. read more

came here for the first time with my grandma after we had unsuccessfully tried to get walk in appointments at three different nail spa's. they got us in right away and we were both so happy we ended up here! we got pedicures and both of our nail techs were very friendly and helpful. when asking what kind of pedicures we wanted, they educated us on the differences but never tried to force/talk us into upgrading. overall very pleasantly surprised and we will definitely be back! read more

I have always gone here in the past however everytime I go, I get worse results. I paid $35 for a shellac manicure in which I had two different processes on each hand because the manicurist kept getting up and helping other customers and forgetting what she had already done to my fingers. I did not get a final coat on my right hand because of her being distracted. I also was bleeding under two fingernails because she stabbed me when trying to clean under them. She didn't even say anything about it. She was also very rude. My mother was right next me and hers was just as unsatisfactory. I will not be retuning there. read more
