My first visit, Irene was supposed to complete my pedicure. She continuously asked me what I wanted, if certain shapes and length were to my liking. Finally, she called over the front desk girl to mediate. Again, Irene would stop every few seconds just to see if I would give her the okay. I am not of this profession, so I cannot tell if the acrylic is applied properly if you won't file it. Then, I asked her about a section of my nail that looked odd so when I asked the front desk girl if it was my nail she said "it's the acrylic" and Irene just start filing it. I did not tell her to file I just asked and she totally curved my nail. I softly said "oh no, she curved it". Then Irene just got up and walked away. I sat there for a while for another tech to service me, but was told no one could service me after sitting there without acknowledgment for 10 minutes. My demeanor was calm, polite, and flexible. For context, my gel manicures typically last 4+ weeks, and I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I have never experienced gel failing this quickly.
