First visit: $109 for a gel manicure/pedicure. Within a couple of days, two nails split at the sides and the gel started lifting and peeling. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, so I went back. Second visit: $114. The gel started lifting the very next day, and within a week several nails had completely peeled off. For context, my gel manicures typically last 4+ weeks, and I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I have never experienced gel failing this quickly. For the price point, I expected much better quality and durability. Really disappointing, especially after giving them a second chance. Will not be returning.

I initially asked for acrylics. They really pushed hard for gel x. I was hesitant but I just tried to trusted the process. They put on the gel x and it was SO tight. I felt stinging pain from my nails curling. I also felt burns from the UV light. It felt like it burned my nail. As I look more closely after coming home, there was space between my nail and the gel x!! I absolutely hate this because food & dirt get stuck underneath. The lady who was doing my toes was very nice but the lady who kept pushing me for gel x rushed the job. There was so many bubbles on each finger. The lady who did my toes tried her best with my almost non existent toes and put some length and strength to it. I appreciated her a lot. I wont be coming back here.
