walked in after work and asked for a soak off and builder gel…read more the nails are cute, i can't deny, but i got my nails chopped and basically ripped off instead of a soak off and i got regular gel, not builder gel on my natural nails. as someone who usually gets long acrylic nails that cost $50-$85 it shocked me when my regular gel nails were $80. i politely asked the lady at the front if this was correct and i discovered that the $35 gel manicure had an additional $40 for design and i was charged $5 for the janky removal... alright. i was in pure shock and paid even though i have cuts on my fingers from her nail clippers. the nails are cute but not at all worth it and the prices are incredibly misleading. will not be coming back which is unfortunate because i work very close by.
