I brought in an inspiration photo, and when I say Minh did an AMAZING job he absolutely nailed it. I am in love with my nails and the design. His customer service was truly top tier. Lisa at the front desk was beautiful, polite, and very organized and professional. The lovely lady who did my pedicure had such a kind, warm, and endearing spirit -- it really made the experience even better. The entire salon was clean, all chairs were fully operating, and every nail tech I interacted with was a pleasure. I even got to relax and enjoy some great cooking shows while being serviced. I originally ended up regretting the color and design I chose, and I was so nervous to say something, but Mia and Sally were beyond kind and understanding. Finally, she called over the front desk girl to mediate. Again, Irene would stop every few seconds just to see if I would give her the okay. I am not of this profession, so I cannot tell if the acrylic is applied properly if you won't file it. Then, I asked her about a section of my nail that looked odd so when I asked the front desk girl if it was my nail she said "it's the acrylic" and Irene just start filing it. I did not tell her to file I just asked and she totally curved my nail. I softly said "oh no, she curved it". Then Irene just got up and walked away. I sat there for a while for another tech to service me, but was told no one could service me after sitting there without acknowledgment for 10 minutes. My demeanor was calm, polite, and flexible. The pricing and services advertised online did not match what was actually offered in the salon. The website states that the Deluxe 1 pedicure includes wax and callus removal, but the flyer in the salon showed no callus removal included. When I brought this up, the employee asked to see the online listing, and after I showed her, she simply said the website was wrong. Mistakes happen, but good customer service would have been honoring what was advertised online. I ended up getting a regular pedicure with callus removal and no wax, and the quality was terrible. My feet were barely scrubbed, the callus on my big toe was still there, and when I asked about polish, the technician said, "Clear, just leave clear," as if she didn't even want to paint my toes. I agreed just to avoid dealing with a rushed or poor paint job, but unfortunately the clear polish still turned out awful. Once it dried, it looked white and uneven. Another employee later asked what the issue was after she overheard me telling my wife I wasn't happy with the service. I explained that the clear polish looked bad and white, and she tried to blame my previous polish. I had black gel polish before, which had already been fully removed, so that explanation made no sense. The technician with pink hair removed the clear polish, rolled her eyes at me, and walked away. On top of that, my toes still weren't fully cleaned. Overall, this was one of the worst salon experiences I've had. I only came here because my usual place was busy, and I absolutely would not return or recommend this salon to anyone.
