I noticed most of the picture of the nails are kinda short or medium nails, Does anyone know if they do a good job with longer nails?

Who else is good at acrylic nails other than lily? Lily makes sure her work is perfect. Evenly filed nails, polish is perfect.. I've already tried 2 other technicians and they weren't as good. One was too rough, nipped me a few times & blamed me..

I had an appointment for a pedicure and the lady hadn't even started and turned off my massage. Why is she so bothered by me using the massage chair when I'm paying $80! I understand turning it off when they are going to paint my nails (which I myself turn off because I don't want messy nails) but to turn it off before starting is so rude! I turned it back on because my back hurt from being pregnant and then she turned it off again! At this point I decided I wouldn't come back. I'm 6 months pregnant and can't do my own pedicures. I came to relax and use the massage chair but whoever did my nails was so rude and wouldn't let me use the feature. Absolutely ridiculous to have massage chairs and not allow your customer to use them. I also had $30 in rewards which they didn't let me use. They only let me use $15 and said if I wanted to use the entire $30 that I need to spend a minimum of $120. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT IN THEIR REWARD PROGRAM!! I even asked the last time I came because I bought a new house and I am moving so I won't be close by and wanted to use my $30 reward and was told I could use it all at my next pedicure. The worker who took my payment refused to let me use my points and is such a liar. Shitty customer service. Very disappointed in how they lie and switch up the "reward rules" with zero notice to customers. I used to really enjoy coming here but after today no.

Lily is honestly the best and she does such great work. In the past, I have had bad experiences with nail salons for numerous reasons but this salon is my go to. I have had both pedicures and full sets done here and each time I am completely satisfied. Lily always listens to what I want and talks to me step by step, making sure the work she is doing on my nails is what I wanted. I highly appreciate her and her incredible work. This nail salon also uses quality products and my nails always last a few weeks without fills even though I can be rough with them. I can't express my feeling toward this wonderful place. I live nearby but never stop by to have my nails done until last Thursday . I decided to give it a try since the shop looks so busy (which is good b/c that means people love them). I made an appointment ahead so I can get my nails done right away. They seated me after 5-10 minutes, it done around a decent time. my nails came out flawless. It been few days now and my nails still look like it just got of a salon. I love it here. I've been going here for the past year, and I always get different styles to do my pedicures, and they always do a good job. All of the ladies even the gentleman do amazing pedicures. As well as full sets they do them really nice and are very detailed to what you like and what you don't like I recently went in and got eyelash extensions and they are amazing. I drive 30 min to come get my nails done here. I am Wheelchair bound and parking is easy , for me ana everyone else , lance is spacious , staff is helpful and super friendly . Call if you can to make appointment, these people are busy , which is a good sign. They are prompt with their appointments, and their prices are reasonable. my usual lady is out of town, and so i decided to try out a new spot! and wow. i was not disappointed. tom did my gel pedicure and did an amazing job. he was also super understanding when i wanted to try a few colors to make sure i liked it. appointment was quick and did not take too long, comfortable space, and incredibly reasonable price. I lived in Fontana my whole life and I must say Lily's is now my favorite place to get my pedi. I have a hard time growing my big toe nails and Lily's is the first place that takes their time to make my nails for my toes just how I like them and make them look so natural. Jimmy and Nicole have been doing my nails for years now. They do a wonderful job and they are very nice. They take their time and get you out in a very respectable time. Very professional and making sure their clients needs are met. When I get a full set or fills it takes about an hour or shorter. Nicole does all the newest trends that are out. It was a good experience lately we have had to find a new place so lily nails seems to be good first time there and we didn't have to wait long prices were not as high as other place with poor quality and using mmr powder to damage nails. , haven't got my nails done yet so will see if there better on the nails there powder. I gave this nail salon a try based on not finding a nail salon I'm happy with. Lilly did my nails and she really took her time. She apologized if she had to answer the phone and got right back to working on my nails. The shape and thickness of my nails is perfect. I'm very satisfied and will be back again. The average waiting time is not as long as the other people said. I got my nails done in about an hours , the waiting time was only about 10 minute.
