She fulfilled my request for natural nails without being too plain or French tips or over the top or bridal nails that were over done. Last minute I asked for the letter "B" to be painted on one of my nails as a nod to my fiancé. I also got a pedicure and I never learned the guys name, but he provided me with their menu so I can decide what kind of pedicure I wanted and I appreciated that since not many nail salons I've been too have done that for me. My request for the pedicure was just simple white gel and it was all fulfilled with care! For services and overall experience, this is a shop that I would recommend. They were very accommodating with rescheduling and me coming in later than my appt due to traffic. As long as you're vocal about what you want, they'll do their best to fulfill it!

I reached out to the owner hoping to resolve the issue, and instead of hearing me out, I was told I was "playing games" and that what I got was exactly what I asked for which is simply not true. As someone who has supported this business consistently, this was really disappointing. It's not just about the nails it's about customer service and how concerns are handled. I would have appreciated a simple willingness to fix the issue rather than being dismissed. Sadly, I won't be returning after this experience.

First visit: $109 for a gel manicure/pedicure. Within a couple of days, two nails split at the sides and the gel started lifting and peeling. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, so I went back. Second visit: $114. The gel started lifting the very next day, and within a week several nails had completely peeled off. For context, my gel manicures typically last 4+ weeks, and I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I have never experienced gel failing this quickly. For the price point, I expected much better quality and durability. Really disappointing, especially after giving them a second chance. Will not be returning.

The tools they used were visibly dirty and not properly cleaned between clients, which made me uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. I expected disposable or sterilized equipment, but that wasn't the case. Before the service started, I clearly told the guy that I did not want my skin removed during the manicure. Despite this, he insisted on removing skin/cuticle areas anyway, and did so roughly, causing irritation. I felt pressured and my request was ignored. After the appointment, I later developed a bacterial infection, likely caused by unsanitary practices. Given the visible condition of the tools and workstations, I wouldn't recommend this salon for nail services. Zero star
