Chairs and tables were provided and the chairs were so nice that we used it for both the ceremony and reception. The bridal suite is huge and it allowed my bridesmaids, both moms, hair stylists and makeup artists to work and get ready comfortably. We had our ceremony and reception outside and absolutely loved the fact that we were able to separate each event on the upper and lower lawn. There is so much space that it really allows you to plan a wedding where events can just flow from one space to the next vs having guests be in the same area that your coordinators are breaking down or setting up things that you would want behind the scenes. As wedding photographers, we are always looking for great spots to take bridal and couples' photos, and Garden Grove has a lot of them. In addition, the bridal suite is quite spacious to allow for a dozen or so bridesmaids. (Believe me -- one of the most stressful pre-wedding activities can be getting ready with tons of bridesmaids in a tight space -- but the bridal suite at Garden Grove allows plenty of room so you don't get cramped. My fiancé really wanted to get married on July 4th, so we had only a few weeks to plan everything! And since this would be a small ceremony (only 10 people), we wanted to do this on a budget. I didn't know the first thing about planning a wedding, but in talking with Regina, I was immediately put at ease because I could tell she was gifted at planning weddings (or any events) and had everything I would need for a beautiful wedding! Madeline Manor is gorgeous! It's spacious with many rooms for everything you will need for any type or size event. The interior design is a classic style featuring dark, espresso wood flooring and an eye-catching grand, spiral staircase. They also have wonderful outdoor accommodations had we elected that option. Although Regina and Madeline Manor hold all types and sizes of events, they had recently decided to start offering "elopement packages". This was precisely what we were looking for. She prepared 3 elopement package proposals for us to choose from, each tier with a different level of offerings. She laid out what offerings came with each package, allowing for certain choices. She made herself available by phone, email and even an in person visit to see the venue and work through details and finalize plans. Regina and Madeline Manor took care of every detail from décor and food to event timing, photos and even music! They made this process so easy, all we had to do was pick what we wanted and they made it happen!! The day of the event, when I saw the décor, set-up and food, it was more stunning than I could have imagined. And the food tasted divine! While we were on a budget, you would have never known it. The beauty and elegance they provided far exceeded what we would have dreamed possible for the cost! The experience they provided for us was in no way diminished from that of a traditional large wedding, no detail was spared, everything was included, it was merely on a smaller scale! She and the staff really exceeded our expectations. We will never forget and always be grateful to them! It really felt as though we were celebrating with family as they seemed as excited and happy for us as we were! The bridal suite was not only perfect for the bridal party to get ready but also to allow the blushing bride some alone time before the ceremony. The weather cooperated but the event staff were prepared with tents if the ceremony needed to be moved at the last minute. The bathrooms were even stocked with emergency essentials should they be needed. A few of the guests had mobility challenges and the rustic walkways and loose gravel did present a bit of a challenge for some, but otherwise zero complaints.

The chairs were either to low, or sank into the river stone, making it difficult to get out of the chairs. Many steps in and out of the house where the restroom was located, also not ADA friendly. Not sure if there was a place for the bride and groom to dress, but the house was so small I can't imagine there was a room for that.Other wise, the grounds were beautiful.

That is the last thing I was my guests seeing at a wedding. The Vermont chairs were also very low and narrow so it would be difficult for any tall or wider guests. Wish we could have used this venue

If you consider this location you will have a projector screen available along with an area designated for a DJ. Also, there are plenty of restrooms to accommodate your guests. I do recommend you ensure what will be expected as far as weather, location and amount of people. I recommend informing the staff of what you require beforehand so they may accommodate your needs.
