    Supposed to be "mango chicken"

The mango chicken is not real chicken. It's just a fried dough! The rice was dry and no flavor. Just a waste of money. It's just a rip off!

    Mango Chicken

Would you paid $15 for this?? Their "mango chicken" isn't even chicken. It was all deep fried dough. No chicken. I paid so much to not even eat my meal. Never again. Don't waste your money.

For years I used to get bourbon chicken from the "bourbon chicken place" right next to this one. When this this place opened and had cleaner better bourbon chicken with better options I made the switch. I always want to get something else every time I eat at the mall but always end up here.

Sometimes you gotta come to the mall for bootleg Pho. The soup it self has some flavor, once you add the extra seasoning, and accoutrement ... The chicken wonton itself was flavorless. Almost like they boiled a piece of ground chicken and put it a wonton.. I didn't finish the wonton but the soup did the job. Nothing like hot soup on a chilly day

Mango chicken and Teriyaki chicken with fried rice $7.99

Ruby, among another dozen food venders, are competing everyday since the first day they decided to open in the same food court in this mall. The first thing you will notice is actually the food vendor on the left, whose backgrounds post is older than your age. The second thing you will notice is this crazy, super active guy who want you to sample Ruby food in a small portion. He is the most aggressive salesman I have ever encountered in my life, kind in a good way. Unlike the poor lady from the left who try to do the same thing, he will always creatively won the sampler competition and brutally beat his components. Today, he even didn't step out of counter and successfully grabbed four customers in two minutes. Poor girl on the left almost cried. I was so impressed I let him introduce mango chicken and teriyaki chicken to me. Wait, is this a Thai food place or the owner's name is Jason Thai? I am confused because there is nothing Thai here...Anyhow, the $7.99 two item lunch is in big portion and I am very filled. For the flavor, it is typical American style Asian dish. Luckily for me, I eat five times a week in this mall. I will see what else I can find in this shopping center.

It's ok, no better than any mall Chinese food. Isn't really thai, tastes just like chinese fast food.

Came with some friends on a Sunday afternoon --- was quicky seated, despite the restaurant being quite busy. We were greeted by the nicest server, Marissa --- who was very charming and helpful in our "decision-making". I asked Marissa to ensure we ate the apps first before receiving our entrees, and I have to say, everything came out in a timely order and the food was hot upon arrival --- and yes, delicious! For the apps, we got the beautiful looking Onion Ring Tower, and the famous Poke Nachos. For the entrees? All three of us got the same --- the Hot Chicken and Waffles. If you've never gotten it, you're missing out. That dish hits the spot. 10/10. Totally prefer this casual-dining spot to any of their competitors.

I ended up getting the twisted Alfredo, which was a new item apparently. It has mild spice to it. I thought it was good however nothing too extraordinary. it was a big portion so I was able to take some home. My day had a steak bowl and he enjoyed it. He ate it completely. Good ambience for a quick date I like the diversity in the food. Overall would've come back again.

Usually we wait 15 minutes or so to be led to our table. We were seated with another nice family. This was probably the best part our meal experience. Nothing bad but not the fun it once was. Summary 1 - bar drinks were very slow. Sake very expensive so wife got lychee martini. She said it was very tasty but she waited a very long time for it. 2 - charging extra for fried rice feels cheap. Meals already expensive, why charge so much for rice? Also charging more for miso vs beef broth seems odd. 3 - chef performance was good but a little tired. Other hibachis Ive attended are similar but chefs here seem tired and bored while doing it. 4 - food is mid, but still tasty. Shrimp is the best. We will probably come again next year for nostalgia but my expectation is lowered. Love to see this place get more inspired!

When you walk in, it opens right up to the bar and waiting area. SMART! As a large group of about 12 (including 2 kids), we were placed in a side room. There was only 1 other hibachi table in there. However, we loved the location. Overall i liked Nikko, didnt hate it. However, i will not be back based on the below statements that felt a bit off putting and increased my $28 dinner to $35 just by odering your basic shrimp hibachi dinner. 3 stars because of the following nitpicking: 1. shrimp hibachi dinner $28 (usually about 23 in other locations). 2. I couldnt have the soup because it was beef broth. So they offered me miso but then charged me $4 to substitute out. no where was this mentioned. 3. If you wanted hibachi fried rice (isnt that the whole point?!) its another $3 charge. This is diabolical! The whole point of the dinner is the hibachi grilled portein and noodles and rice. so you're telling me this meal normally comes with white rice? yes this is mentioned on the menu, but what a shady twist. 4. our chef was fun, but all the food could have used more time on the grill and more flavor. there was not that char grilled flavor or texture to anything. *please note ive gotten this same exact meal in other locations and never had a charge for hibachi rice or switching to miso soup. shrimp hibachi entree is always around $24 with no surprises.

The employee said hello to me as she walked out from the back, and asked if she could take my order. I said I placed my order at the kiosk. The lightbulb in the sconce above my head was out, along with a few others around the store. The wall by me was dirty. I don't think the employees here are very happy, and it could be cleaner, but I'll keep coming back since it's an easy drink stop after Costco.
