Unlike many peoples reviews, I found this Panera to be clean, well staffed, professional, and very friendly. The food was delicious hot and very tasty. I would definitely come back here again.. the atmosphere was pleasant and the location was very clean overall. I don't know why there are such bad reviews, but this place deserves some love. Thanks again for a delicious lunch and excellent customer service! 100%! ;))

First time at panera bread. I placed my order , they gave me a buzzer and than we sat down. They didnt give me any direction so when the buzzer went off i went to the register, their was only one person at the register so i waoted until she was done. She than told me i have go to the other side to pick up the food. I went to the other side and than i realized we there was the extra utensils and seasoning there too. I wished they informed the customers ahead of time because i went during lunch and their was a lot elderly people. Seems like they were in the same boat as me, didn't know where to pick up the food & wandering around. For a child the kids menu was great. I ordered the mac & cheese and based off the cup size the staff showed me it looked like a good size but when i got my meal the portion was so small. Seems like it was smaller than the to go cup size. The food was good but the price for the portion size was not worth it.

    Plenty of seating.

Positive side establishment was clean and staff attentive. Food is just ok with small portions. Chicken with salad was probably frozen chicken heated up. Sandwich was child size. Best part is beverages of ice tea and lemonade which was best part of meal.

Will only state facts. 1. Inconsistent bagel size. What is the point of posting your legally mandated standard nutrition facts if you will not follow it? See pics. 2. Why do you have gross milk stations? Who is wiping down the pitchers of milk - if you have any left? 3. Why do you only have sugar and Equal? I'm sick of "we ran out." I e been there 4 x and you are always out? There is no shortage. 4. Why are you out of large cups for coffee refill program? Where are the workers??? Takes MINUTES before anyone even says hello. Who's watching the front of the store?

Love getting some cheap food here without it being the junk food that we would usually pay for the same price. The drink choices here are allot healthier than most places too. Although they still have the typical soda fare as others if you'd like. Free refills of course...who doesn't nowadays? This location is another haven for those that need a place to work from their complete computers, tablets or phones. Just don't be that jerk that takes up the largest table and sits by him/herself. And being kind enough to buy some food and drinks proportioned to the time you spend here would be nice. A pretty roomie location so you don't feel like you're breathing down someone's neck our store them down your neck. You can order through the Panera app or on the tablets in the front of the store if you're shy. They'll bring the food to your table, just remember to take a badge when you order.

Outside with handicap accessible ramp and outdoor seating.

Beautiful new location. It has both stairs and a handicap accessible ramp. The outdoor seating area looks nice. We went for lunch and ordered You Pick 2's. The food was right on par with other Panera locations. I tried the Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT sandwich. Really tasty! The sandwich is a bit too heavy for the sourdough bread though. The staff was really friendly. One of the employees even came around with samples of the Super Fruit Smoothie! Awesome. And we enjoyed those samples. Will order one on a future visit. This location just opened last week. It is directly behind Chipotle in the JCPenney parking lot. I love that they finally opened a location by Willowbrook Mall. It's a really great location and I will be frequenting often!

The worst Panera I've been to. Sticky tables and floor, slow service. No smiles. Food is the same as one would expect. Skip it if possible.

Topping choices were being freshly filled when my friend & I arrived. I chose romaine with chopped egg, avocado, buffalo chicken, mandarin oranges, & roasted cauliflower with balsalmic vinaigrette dressing mixed in. Everything was fresh & very tasty and the portion was quite filling. My friend chose a salad off the menu, which was also made on the spot, and she was able to choose an alternate dressing to her liking. This fast casual choice hit the spot today and fueled us well & comfortably to enjoy some post lunch shopping.

The service was alright-- they weren't the friendliest but they were doing their job. I ordered the mandarin chicken salad. It had oriental sesame dressing which was very sweet, but good. However, at one point it got a bit too sweet which made the salad hard to finish. The chicken tasted alright, nothing about it stood out to me. Something in the salad also tasted a bit fishy-- not sure if it was the dressing or any of the toppings. I don't like the taste of seafood so I was not a huge fan of the taste. The overall salad was just average and wasn't special in any way. I'm not sure if I'll come back. Although the portions are big, I am still paying $10 for pretty average salad.

Besides the fact that you get attentive service, the food is incredible! Fresh ingredients, really traditional dishes/recipes. Everything tastes homemade and I genuinely wonder if someone's (yaya) is doing all the cooking in the back. Also? "Generous portions" (as they say on their website) is exactly right! Best past is all their batter is Gluten Free (yup!). Everything also tastes very light. I didn't get anything fried but have a feeling if you do order fried foods, it won't be bathing in oil. The ambiance, while modest by American standards, I believe is authentically Greek-- unassuming, highlighted with images and elements of Greece, and really, you come with loved ones and just eat and enjoy. I mean, that IS the Greek culture in its truest form, no? Good selection of wines and they also serve a menu of cocktails.

Prasini salad had no salt. Lemon potatoes were hard. Chicken was flavorless and so was the spanakopita . 7. When the owner Maria is not there, don't go. Everything is not okay.

There is a small little parking lot that can fit 4-5 cars right off the main road. Inside was decorated with cute Christmas decor, and the domestic violence scene from Godfather Part 1 casually playing on the TV while I'm trying to eat my food. Good variety of options of appetizers, small shared plates, pizza, fresh pasta, and entrées to choose from our group decided to split the popular pizza. Then everyone offended for themselves - our table ordered the gnocchi with pesto and chicken Milanese, chicken parmigiana with penne, Arancini, and the "focaccia"/house garlic bread. The Arancini was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft and luscious on the inside. The pizza was a perfect sweet and savory combo of burrata, prosciutto, and balsamic glaze. The pesto was a bit thin and ate a little soupier than I prefer. Buyer beware with the focaccia - although it's called focaccia, it's also listed under the pizzas so it was served thin and crispy like a pizza rather than thick and fluffy like we had been expecting. I would absolutely return again to try all the other dishes, especially the shared plates, different pizzas, and other fresh pasta offerings.
