I can't believe how long we waited and we were the only costumers in the restaurant. When we got our meal I could not believe the size of my chicken which was about three inches by two inches far littler than a deck of cards, maybe 1/4 cup of zucchini and maybe 1/2 cup of broccoli for $15.95. Ruby Tuesdays on Emily Drive in Bridgeport WV should lock their doors and not reopen in future in my opinion. Arriving at the restaurant in mid afternoon seeking a salad bar. We were not surprised when there were not any customers at that time of day or that we were not able to access staff for several minutes. We saw the salad bar looked stocked and believed we were soon to achieve our anticipated goal of getting a desired salad. But wait , 2 more couples and a group of 3 came in as we discussed our order. The couple close to us ordered the salad bar. After leaving their table they quickly came back and got their belongings and promptly left. The other customers then went to the salad bar and filled the salad onto their plates. We ordered one soup and salad bar and one salad bar and chicken tenders. Two unsweetened ice teas. The bill came to $41.00 with a 20percent tip. While I made my first visit to the salad bar I met a worker who seemed to be checking out the area. I asked her if they had honey mustard salad dressing because I didn't see it offered on the salad bar. She replied, "No we are out and are waiting on delivery". So my husband made a second choice of thousand island. The other guests had eaten all the tomatoes from the container. So I asked the waiter if they could refill tomatoes to the salad bar. His reply was I'll ask the staff to do that. But came back saying they had no more tomatoes but expected delivery. He promptly came back and stated the delivery had arrived and they would fill my request. Well, as we tried to go back and even as we later finished eating and left there were no tomatoes.The ordered chicken tenders came to the table accompanied by honey mustard dipping sauce. But earlier they stated that the restaurant had none. This was a very poorly stalked salad bar and we were at the restaurant for more than an hour. The staff never tried to restock the area and never carried through with promises made to the customers who were patient and believed the waiter who made them. I guess we should have walked out like the first couple. Don't waste your time or money at this restaurant. read more

The booths are incredibly tight against the tables. Only one out of 4 of us was happy with their food. Although I must say, my side of tater tots were hot and crispy. Absolutely worse experience I've had in my entire life there was maybe 2 family's in the entire restaurant when we first walked in it took 10 minutes just for someone to come and seat my family when we finally got seated we ordered drinks when our drinks came we figured we would order our food but no the waiter just dropped our drinks off and left the manager came over and asked how we were doing we had to tell him that we have been waiting for 20 minutes to just order food although the manager was very nice and offered us the salad bar for free then we finally got to order our food and that took about 45 minutes when there was only maybe 8 people in the entire restaurant and the waiter was very rude when we finally got our food it tasted horrible the manager came back and took the steak off the bill bc how horrible it even looked without me even saying anything so after being there for an hour and a half I still had to come home and make dinner! Management was good I just think they have people working there that do not care about your experience or your food with the right people the place would turn around but honestly id just go next door our family will never eat there again! read more

We had a delicious lunch at this Ruby Tuesday. Our waitress wasn't the best. But the ribs more than made up for her slow service. Hubby got the salad bar. Everything was fresh and delicious. We both had the half rack of ribs with the spicy sauce, fries and cole slaw. The ribs fell off the bone and were delicious !!! I wasn't expecting this and was pleasantly surprised. The fries were also very good. Their assortment of beers on tap isn't very good. It's always nice to have at least one local brew. The only reason we stopped this Ruby Tuesday's was because we had to gift card. My wife ordered a steak well done I ordered a hamburger medium well. And they got those backwards but we didn't make a fuss. The best we could tell there is only four couples in the restaurant. Our drinks sat empty several times before we were asked if we would like refills. We asked for drinks to go and had to wait. On a good note the restaurant was very clean. The employees were wearing masks and practicing social distancing. They clean tables between customers, only one left while we were there. Probably never will return to this restaurant not because of anything they done. Will probably never be in the area again. read more

I was in the area on a business trip, so I was by myself. There were only a couple other tables in the restaurant. My waitress was lovely. I was seated quickly and didn't wait on her to take my order or my drink. I ordered Chicken Parmesan, as it was new on the menu, so I wanted to try it. I also added the Garden Bar. My salad was wonderful. The bar was fresh and clean. However, that's where my good experience ended. I waited almost 40 minutes on my food in an empty restaurant. When it finally did arrive, it was absolutely disgusting. My Chicken Parmesan was burnt to the point of being inedible. Whoever plated it, realized how burnt it was and tried to hide it by cutting it up and piling on sauce. When I took the first bite, all I tasted was charred chicken. It was hard, dry, and black. I was extremely disappointed. My waitresses was very nice, though. She took it off my bill with no issue, and she apologized several times. I will not return to this Ruby Tuesday. I understand, now, why there were only a couple cars in the parking lot while every restaurant around was packed for dinner. read more

I have gone to Ruby Tuesday for years mainly to chat with Troy and in the past two years I would stop in to see the host Stephanie as well the two of them worked great together and always made you feel like you were part of the family. Since Troy passed away I still come in to see Stephanie and she is still so sweet and wonderful. I came in tonight and well I was standing waiting to be seated for a few minutes and the host finally came (not Stephanie) I simply asked this host was stephaNie was there she rolled her eyes at me and sighed and said um no she isnt here ,. And than continue to say so do still want to be seated or what i felt very uncomfortable but i stayed everything else was great but the new host that is working named amber she truly sucks she just sits at the bar and does nothing .... We have been to this restaurant several times; mostly during the Labor Day and Christmas holidays when we come to visit family. The service has always been wonderful, and the food good. Never had a complaint...until tonight. The salad bar was up to its amazing standard, but nothing else was. First of all, the restaurant was not that busy. Not a big deal. It was early in the evening. It took about five minutes after we were seated to be waited on. We ordered soft drinks and looked at the menu, and waited. Waited some more. We finally got our sodas and iced teas, and placed our orders: two top sirloin steaks, a New Orleans Seafood dish, and chicken tenders. It took about forty minutes for our food to arrive. When we finally got our waiter's attention, she advised us that "the kitchen was really slammed". When we finally got our food, we were pretty disappointed. My steak was supposed to be rare. It was medium well, and not hot. The sweet potato was kinda flaccid and oily from the melted butter. The chicken tenders were much smaller than we've ever seen them. My daughter's steak was medium rare, but tepid. My husband's seafood was over cooked, and had apparently sat under a heat lamp long enough for the sauce to separate in an oily mess. We asked to see a manager. We waited. We waited some more. I walked up to the hostess, and explained our dilemma. I asked her if we could talk to the manager. We waited some more. The hostess came back and said that the manager could not come out, but that our meals were on the house. This is the only time we have left a restaurant without paying or leaving a tip. Normally, if a waiter is having problems because of the kitchen, that's one thing. Avoiding us as if we were the problem was what kept us from tipping her. Wonderfully run location. We stopped here during a road trip. All of the Ruby Tuesday locations in our town closed down a few years ago and we missed the food. The service was excellent. We were greeted and our drunk order was taken quickly upon sitting, noting that our server would be with us shortly. We ordered and I informed our server that I had food allergies (I had notes from past visits on what was safe for me to order). My MIL and I went to the salad bar and we were very pleased. Very clean, well stocked, and many options. The only complaint was that the plate was too small and not a bowl. Our food arrived and was amazing. The only complaint: my husband's steak was well and not medium. The manager came over and spoke with us. He offered us free desserts--very professional and friendly. Our server forgot to apply our coupon, buy quickly correctly the error. Even with the few issues, we had such a great dining experience that a five star rating was given. read more

Much bigger shrimp than in the app, good meal-y, creamy grits, reasonably spicy coin-sized pieces of sausage and a decent sauce to bring it all together.
