I usually enjoy eating at a Ruby Tuesday but this time I didn't. I was out of town and expected better of this chain. I ordered the lobster carbonara which consists of "Chunks of tender lobster are blended with a rich Parmesan cream sauce and tossed with spring peas, chopped bacon, and served over tender linguini pasta." My review is not based so much on the service as it is the food. Service was great. Very friendly and we were seated promptly. Our drinks were yummy, I just hate how they're always watered down if you don't suck it down immediately. Now, onto the food. I ordered the buffalo chicken minis ($9.99), which comes with fries and the salad bar. My hubby got the ribs and chicken tenders ($17.99)which only comes with fries. The salad bar was delicious as always and I'm starting to think that is the only reason I'll return to Ruby Tuesday. The fries were cold and the minis were okay (you get two and you can finish them in about 2-3 bites). The ribs were tender and while they were tender, you only get 6 and then 3 chicken tenders. I figured for almost $20 you'd be getting a little more. Our ended up being $54 for two drinks and two entrees. I hate reviewing a chain like this, but as a traveler, I feel the need to warn folks to bad locations in an otherwise good chain A $10+ burger comes with certain expectations. My burger ordered medium arrived medium rare. The bun was cold and the top bun was sliding around on a thick layer of mayo (I wound up eating it with a knife and fork). Patty was well over salted. Best grill in Dublin. Service is fast and friendly. Kitchen turns the dishes out very timely, and well prepared. The Chicken Fresco is wonderful. Recommended for a wonderful meal in a casual environment.. with hip tunes filling the restaurant. read more

Me and my lady friend first time ever eating there wasn't a great experience the food tasted microwaved it was hard and dry my Mac and cheese was and my her ribs wasn't good at all even with the A1 sauce added my baked fish wasn't good then the waitress even notice I wasn't pleased with my food but didn't asked was everything okay she didn't check up on me but going to say when she gave us our ticket to pay I can tell you didn't like the fish like why would you do that it was pretty bad experience overall read more

We visit on Wednesday lunch. We go once monthly so put us in the repeat category. This Ruby Tuesday is improved over one year ago. Our waitress, Amber (if I recall correctly) was out of this world. Not pesky but made more than just one "Hey, is everything ok" type of visit. The meal was great; I had the baby back ribs, etc and wife had a chicken entree, mashed potatoes. We both had the salad bar. This is where we both made a subtraction: The romaine lettuce had wilted black edges. This is not the first time we have noticed bad lettuce in the mix. The person adding the lettuce was doing just that, adding. No inspection, just adding and walking away was our observation. Out of our last 4 visits, two visits we observed the same lettuce not being up to par. Over all, we enjoyed the visit and will return. read more

We came here on Mother's Day (a busy day) and it was the absolute best. We didn't wait long to be seated. Our server Tony ( I hope that is his name) had to be from "waiter heaven" because he was the best I've ever seen for a busy day serving 6 of us. We got all of our drinks within a timely fashion. The food was amazing it couldn't get any better. I wanted the pineapple upside down cake for dessert but it was sold out for the day. I chose the caramel cake instead and I'm so glad. The cake was so delicious. I would like to think that it was award winning. The only thing is that we were sitting by the door so it was a little warm at our table. My raspberry tea made up for that though! Would definitely be coming here again. read more

Do. Not. Eat. Here! Worst service ever, if you can even call it that. Took us 10 minutes to even get a table while the manager and a waitress struggle to seat a table of 4 ahead of us. Seriously, have you guys ever ran a restaurant before? It wasn't even busy and there was no "wait." Our waitress took our food order and was never to be seen again. We had to beg for drink refills from the Kitchen staff. We couldn't sit where we wanted, because the seats were "tore up" but everyone else that came in that night sat in the "tore up" seating. Our steak was undercooked if cooked at all. I ordered medium rare and received blue rare. Even if the steak was cooked correctly, it was mediocre quality at best. We wanted to leave so we took our food to-go before eating. When we complained to the manager about our waitress being a ghost, she was apathetic at best. Like she has heard this story a thousand times. We paid and left. I have never been to a restaurant where I didn't tip.. but this was unacceptable. The entire staff acted as if it was business as usual so we are probably not the only ones with horrible experiences. We dine out a lot and know how customers and staff should behave, and this was nowhere near close. Bad food, bad service, bad experience. Run away! read more

My daughter and I stopped here on our way home from Atlanta. We ordered a sandwich to share and after a couple drinks our meal had not yet been arrived. The waitress came and told us that she didn't know where our dinner was - that it was served up but didn't know where it went and that they would figure it out. The worst service - really - that I have ever experienced. You would think that the manager would have come to try to explain or offer us something - the least of which should have been an explanation. Nothing! This is a terrible place. on 6 16 2012 we went in and had entrees and salad bar every thing was great service food and all. then on 6 22 2012 we decided to return cause we were so happy with all. but this time oh my goodness we cant say anything good. 1 st of all i ordered me a drink from the bar a long island iced tea top shelf and when i got it it tasted like lemonade. then we went to the salad bar and at first it was all good but then my boyfriend had ordered a steak and it tasted like it had been thawed out in the microwave then put on the grill he ordered it med well but when he got it it was med rare. barely looked like it had been cooked. so he didnt like the way it was so he went back to eatin his salad then of all things a big metal staple was in his bite of bac bits. he spit it out. and we told the server.then a manager came and seen it and acted like she didnt even care. offered us a dessert and a sorry and that was all.. it wasnt rite the way she acted . kinda made us feel like we were bums or like we had put it there our selves. we go out to eat a whole lot to all the so called nice restaurants and this was the worst ever and will never go back and tell all our friends about it too.. read more
