Ordered on door dash, the poor driver waited a hour for two orders of wings and Caesars salad. I'll never order from ruby Tuesday again.

My husband's food was burned. We sent it back and ask our server to box the food as it was getting late by the time his order was cooked. He cut into the meat when we got home, it was undercooked. I don't think he'll be dining there again. I gave them 2 stars because my food was good and our waitress was friendly but a little forgetful. read more

Food is very inconsistent. Get steak one time and its great, but get the same steak again its horrible. They are also way over priced for the quality of food they serve. I only go there when my family wants to go and we have a coupon. Ruby Tuesday is no more than a fancy Golden Corral with a bar. I've been to this location 4 times 2 were OK and 2 were awful..My last ..really last visit tells it all. I ordered my steak MR and it came out ice cold in the center.. I sent it back and it came back exactly the same way..sent it back again this time they microwaved it but it was still raw in the center by now I didn't want it . The food was alright. You don't get a lot for the price. I had the new york strip. It was not very thick. The spice is a little overwhelming. Fries were alright. The baby back ribs were ok. Nothing spectacular. My girlfriend's steak was overcooked, a petite sirloin. It looked like a sausage patty. The lobster tail was kind of slimy. The fries were alright but not many of them. The onion rings were really good but also not a lot of them. The food was overpriced. The service was good. The server was very friendly. My husband says 2 stars. I was more pleased with my meal. We each ordered the petite sirloin; mine med rare, his med. Both were med rare. Each had gristle running thru but mine was more tender. There isn't a lot of choice in this small town but even with this chain the quality of food could be better. read more

My husband decided to take me here as a surprise as I've always wanted to try their food. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice, and our waitress, Taylor B, provided excellent service. The meals themselves were lackluster and very badly presented. I had the 6 oz sirloin with Asiago and shrimp with dirty rice as a side. The only satisfying thing about that steak was that I asked for it medium rare, and it was medium rare. The steak itself was apparently cut from the toughest old cow somebody found that was still breathing. The dirty rice was spicy, that was it. The shrimp I was served was fried up until just the point before being burnt. My husband had the buttermilk chicken tenders, his chicken was extremely over cooked and had no flavor. To top off the experience, the to go appetizer we ordered was not ready until a half hour AFTER we had finished our meal. The only reason I'm giving this place any stars is because of our waitress. They are at half capacity and half staff and we always see the managers busting it to take orders and cook. Super friendly staff and regulars! (I sit at the bar when I'm in town) They recently served all of the frontline workers that worked during the ice storm! Very cool. Food is great and you can tell they listen and change the menu often. Drinks are always delicious, Takeya is an excellent bartender and Lisa G is as well! They really care and focus for the huge amount of Togo orders they get too. I asked the bartender one Sunday how many they get on the coupon day, and she said that over half of their sales are Togo! Wow! Goes to show that even though it doesn't "look busy" they are always working hard and are pumping out great food and drinks. With the covid everyone needs to learn some patience and appreciate these kids who have not had a day off and don't get hazard pay to serve all of us a good meal so we can safely get out of our houses. I visited this location and sat at the bar to wait for my to go order. I should have known better once I watched the cook snarl at the server who brought back a cold plate to be reheated. After slamming the dish back out, I watched the microwave chef go to work. All veggies, pastas and rice were in individual baggies, microwaved and given to a girl on the other side of the counter, who put together the dishes. When mine came out, (Cajun jambalaya pasta and an order of southwest egg rolls) I couldn't leave fast enough. Everything was cold and the cream sauce on the pasta was way too salty. I ordered take out from this Ruby Tuesday's about 2 months ago, and was absolutely disappointed! When I walked in I stood waiting for at least 12 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, what makes it worse is that the employees looked at me, and didn't offer to help me. Finally the manager asked me what did I need, and I said I was here to pickup my order. I went to the bar, and payed for my meal, and left. I got home, and opened my food, and the food was totally nasty! I don't think I will ever order food to take out at least from here again anyway. When I say the food was nasty I mean it was not hot, didn't taste all that well either. The manager decided to give me 4 little hard, cold cheddar garlic biscuits for having to wait I guess. lol. read more

We arrived for dinner around 6:30 p.m. and were told they were at COVID capacity and it would be a 25 to 30 minute wait. We provided our name and phone number. Within 10 minutes a party of 1 and a party of 2 exited the restaurant without other patrons entering. We decided to wait and within 5 minutes a party of 3 and a party of 2 exited. I went In and asked the hostess the status of our wait...she responded "I told you it would be 25 to 30 minutes. I told her there were at least 8 patrons who exited the restaurant. She stated "I'm busy busing tables". We asked to speak to the manager. The bartender arrived and told us she would get a table ready for us. We got the cold shoulder from the hostess for the remainder of our meal. I understand we are in extraordinary times so it is even more Important to provide great service to the customers you do have. Sitting at bar 25 minutes for her to ask if I wanted dinner. What a joke. All I wanted was soup and salad bar. Beer amazingly cold. A lot of staff standing around looking stupid. Some actually eating and drinking (not alcohol) while working. I would drive past Rubys and hit a hole in the wall restaurant and get way better food and service. Now some staff here are very friendly and busting their ass while others stand around. I will be back for cold beer, food not so much. Sorry Rubys team. This is your typical Ruby Tuesday's and nothing really stands out good or bad. I visited on a rather busy Saturday night and was greeted promptly by the Host. Being a single guest I was steered toward seating at the bar. I am assuming that they did not want to tie up a multi-seat table or booth for a single guest. I found service at the bar to be really quiet slow as there was only one bartender taking care of both bar guests and making drinks for the wait-staff. It was a good 5-minutes before I got any attention at all from the bartender and another 5-minutes before I received my drink. After receiving my drink it had to wait some more for my order to be taken. After my order was taken my food arrived promptly, served hot and was cooked to order. The salad bar was fresh and well maintained. All in all the food was good but the service for bar guests was really quiet slow. I will be back but will wait for a seat in the dining room next time. read more

Every time I go here they cannot cook a steak or anything really the way I like it. I've had to return a medium well burger that I got to go as it was rare throughout the whole burger. I get mad when someone messes up a steak or burger it's not that hard really. Done with this place and I wouldn't recommend ever. FYI they have to actual crackheads that make the food at nite. Management knows and refuses to do anything about it. That's probably why their food comes out like it does. read more

On Sunday, January 22, 2017, my husband placed a carry out order for 2 full racks of Texas Dusted dry rub rib dinners. When he got home, we realized they had given him 2 Barbecue rib dinners. He called and spoke to the manager, (didn't get his name, but very nice gentleman), who told my husband that he would receive 2 free dinners on his next visit. I am very proud to say they lived up to their word and we received the 2 free dinners on Friday, the 27th. We love Ruby Tuesday's dry rubbed ribs and the salad bar is awesome! Decided to go back and give Ruby Tuesdays another try last night. About a year ago, my husband and I went here in Eden, NC for a nice night out. Turned out not to be so nice. The waitress took our order after a little bit of a wait. They were not busy at all. My husband ordered a steak, I had the ribs, and we both ordered baked potatoes. Thirty minutes went by and the waitress came back to ask us if we would have mashed potatoes because of some excuse of why the cook would not make baked potatoes at that time. Why did it take them a half an hour to tell us that? About 45 minutes later we received our order. My husbands steak was as small as the palm of my hand and the potatoes tasted to be absolutely instant. The food sucked for the price we payed. $60 we spent in there that night. Well last night we decided to try again since it was so close to home and we did not feel like going out of town. Service was fine but the food sucked once again. The steak my husband ordered was raw and tasteless. Not much food at all for the price. We wont be back. read more

I started with some finger licking good barbecue chicken wings as an app. Then for my entrée I had some okay season mashed potatoes, But they more than made up for it with the perfect amount of cheese on my Macaroni and cheese... and I mean perfect! Then I finished it off with some ribs that fell off the bone, need I say more. All in all if it wasn't for the mashed potatoes the meal would've been perfect 5 out of 5. read more
