Now I remember why we don't go to any Ruby Tuesday any longer. It's like they have no passion to make Good, great looking food or to have an attractive looking salad bar. The kabobs were over and under cooked. It's like if they blindly chopped up pieces of beef and then cooked some OVER WELLDONE AND SOME MED RARE. The temperature preference also wasn't asked. The salad bar looked so sad. Everything there did not look fresh at all. Our server was fine her name was Kory I think. She took our order and came around a few times to check on us. I did t tell her I was unhappy with my meal because I doubt anything they brought would have been any better. Also The ambiance is that of 70's -80's decor. Great place for a hearty dinner with family and friends. I recommend the loaded potato skins, hickory bourbon ribs, and salad bar! Those were the tastiest items I tried. Everything came out hot, which I love. They have plenty of other options including chicken, seafood, and pasta to choose from. They have popular cocktails as well. The service was good. There were a good number of tables seated for dinner and it seems they only had one server, so we had a bit of a wait on service. But she was very nice and professional. The restaurant is cozy and has updated furniture and decor. The only thing I didn't like was our table was sticky, kinda weird. I'd still come back to have lunch or dinner here again! read more

Stopped for lunch today and needed something not fried or breaded. Had the salad bar and soup option. Very good potato soup, it is loaded that is for sure. Love the salad bar one of the reasons for Stopping by Ruby Tuesday, great salad options with many toppings. Need to reinvest into the men's room. Need better lighting feel like I am walking into a cave. Just so dark in there. Also the faucets are corroded and need to be place. I was staying in a nearby hotel and out of a number of nearby restaurant options, my family and I decided to try ordering Ruby Tuesday online, in the hopes of a speedy agreeable meal to-go and the end of a long day of driving. We found the online ordering easy to use, but my meal was very poor. I ordered the Friday Special - Rib Eye, Ribs, & Crispy Shrimp Combo with tater tots as my side and an additional order of tots for a $1 add-on. Much of the food was going to be split with others looking for a bite outside of their own meal. In picking up my order at the requested 9:03pm pickup time, I found that my order was not ready. The kitchen and waitstaff had nearly no dine-in customers (only 1 in sight), but there were a steady stream of to-go orders being placed. I was patient waiting for components of my order coming to the pass and being bagged. As I watched, I also chimed in to the waitress that side dishes were missing from meals (no fries with an order of chicken strips, etc). I requested a side of bbq sauce, which was happily packaged and the waitress asked if I needed plasticware, which was appreciated. In returning to my hotel room, I handed out boxed meals to my family and found that most of my own had been forgotten about. My steak, ribs, and shrimp were present but my two orders of tater tots had never been boxed (or likely started). My family was kind enough to donate some of their own sides to my meal and I attempted to make the best of a bad situation, and it did not help. Their donated French fries were cold and soggy. Paired with a recently overboiled half-rack of ribs and improperly cooked steak, I deeply regretted tipping $5 in advance through the website and deciding on Ruby Tuesday altogether. read more

The food here is never good. I get sick everytime I eat here. This RT has has a large light pole in the back parking lot that is half in the ground cause a motor home drove into it. This was 4 years ago. The pole for the light is not there. This means that the back parking lot is not safe at night. The whole place needs to be gutted and rebuilt. The floors are nasty. There is an extension cord going from a plug in the bar area into the dining room. Trip hazard. Although there is tape on it but it's just not safe. Managers aren't too friendly. Although we introduced ourselves to Aiysha (sp), she seems genuinely nice. read more

Normally we love eating here especially the salad bar; however tonight getting a late start and very hungry, Monday, October 23rd, we were told we would have a 15 minute wait and there was no one waiting. We were told that it was because the wait staff and cook were behind. So we asked if we could be seated as we are in our 70s. But no they wouldn't even do that and they were open until 10:30. A total disgrace to a valid customer who is on the rewards program. Very upset! read more

The food was not good. I ordered the queso burger, without the tomato/onions/pickles. It came with all of that, and what looked like the saddest piece of cheese on top, that definitely wasn't queso,, and was not yellow, either, as the picture showed. The bacon was also flimsy as hell. And the A1 sauce I ordered for the side came in a ramekin, and barely amounted to 2 biyes of the burger. All around, not a great experience. The food was good but nothing to write home about but our server Dana was top notch. When she brought my wife's salad she noticed that the kitchen hadn't dressed it properly so without asking she brought her extra dressing. A nice restaurant with great service... We stopped here on our way to Maryland. The service is great, servers are friendly and polite. Food is better than average. We usually love it here but we came in earlier and we were seated in a dirty area (the floor). And when asked to be seated in the more empty clean area I was told they don't have servers for that area. So we left. Dinning in is an experience and I just wasn't feeling it. We stopped in for dinner when driving back to S.C. The salad bar was standard Ruby Tuesday and delicious! I tried their white Sangria for the first time. It was really good. I was most impressed with the staff. They were incredibly nice and attentive. Definitely a five star experience!! read more

My husband and I tried Ruby Tuesday on Monday and we went about 5pm. The restaurant was clean and everyone was polite and smiling. I never got out server's name because she didn't give it. Even though our server was friendly she was forgetful maybe? I asked for ketchup and it never came, she never refilled our drinks either. I would give her 1.5 stars since she was friendly and got our order to us correctly but it was the little things. The salad bar was good maybe a little messy and our entrees where good other then the fries, they tasted old is the best I can describe even though they where hot. Our family used to go to Ruby Tuesday a lot when we lived in Hawaii and they had so much fresh fruit and here doesn't. We will try again maybe at a different time. read more

THIS will be my very first 1 star rating I've written for the following reasons: - dirty plates at the salad bar that the dude just put back on the stack - mold on the salad bar's boiled eggs (our server took it away before I could get a pic....with no apology either) - dirt and food on the window sill next to the booth (see pic) The Mrs. wanted to give this location a try since the one at the Jacksonville airport is always "hit or miss" sadly this was a miss as well. The daughter ordered a steak that was tough, undercooked and bland. She didn't even finish it and we stopped at Chick-fil-A on the way home. The bride got a steak as well and hers was similar as the daughter's. She was disappointed in the Mac-n-cheese as well. I got the bourbon glazed pork chop which was huge and didn't taste too bad. Extremely slow service. No water refill which is a pet peeve of mine even though there were many wait staff loitering near us. Our particular waitress seemed to be busy. And the large Caesar salad was not even edible because it was saturated with so much dressing. My husband ate the chicken off the top and couldn't eat the rest of it. To her credit the waitress asked what she could do to make it better but only offered a small salad in its place, and it was too late by then. So my husband said no thank you. Like other Ruby Tuesday restaurants.... This was very much like other Ruby Tuesday's I've been to. I went for the salad bar looking for something healthy. The salad was fresh with four different types of greens, tomatoes, onion, olives, carrots, cheese, ham cubes, etc. and a variety of dressings. I was disappointed that they didn't have any beans for protein, or beets. The place looked clean and the waitress was friendly and pleasant. My husband ordered the grilled shrimp which was fine and I just got the garden salad as an entree. Good experience. No problems. Just the usual chain-restaurant fare. So I'm back in my hometown for Mother's Day weekend and needed a place to take mom for dinner. I actually suggested Ruby Tuesday because it's close to my moms, has a variety of options to suit everyones different diets (we were a party of 8), and while I hadn't been in a while, I remembered the food was good and tasty enough. We called ahead and they sat us down pretty quickly. Our server took our drink orders and with the exception of three in our party ordering the pasta and the ribs, we all ordered the special they have which is you pick an appetizer, entree, and dessert for x price. Nothing bad to report about the appetizers. We ordered mozzarella sticks, the artichoke dip, and soft pretzels with cheese dip and mustard. They were all tasty, came out quickly, and were eaten quickly by us! The reason I had to give this particular Ruby Tuesday is because of the entrees. No one was happy with their food. I ordered a steak and requested it be prepared medium rare. The steak came out very well done and tasted like a bunch of different steak cuts put together to make this one. It made for a horrible texture. The mashed potatoes lacked flavor but compared to how the meat was they were the star of the show. My mother ordered the hickory bourbon salmon, and it tasted very fishy. Like you left this salmon in the fridge about a day or two too long but you're gonna cook it anyway and see how it goes fishy. I was worried my mother would get food poisoning from it. My aunts blackened tilapia was barely blackened, and her fish too tasted a bit fishy. My step fathers ribs were ok he said, but there was barely any rib meat and what was there was tough and covered in sauce. Also when I ordered an old fashioned, they brought me out a pink drink with crushed orange pulp in it. Not what I consider to be an old fashioned. My boyfriend liked it so he ended up drinking it for me instead of having to return it. I will say that my brother and sister who ordered the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta and the Parmesan shrimp pasta loved their dishes, and I agree. Pasta is the way to go when it comes to Ruby Tuesday. Also, another brother ordered the hickory bourbon chicken and while it severely lacked in presentation, the chicken was juicy and very well cooked. Dessert was also good as well. I also need to shout out the service because our server was funny, quick, and very good at his job. I can't say I'll be back to this Ruby Tuesday. While the service was great, at the end of the day I was left paying $170 for mediocre food. It felt like a complete waste. There are much better restaurants in the Camden/Nassau Co area that deserve your money. read more

Disappointing service, disappointing meal. My mom & I stopped in here around 5:45 on a Friday evening & were promptly seated. Our waitress (Kelsey?) was nice at first & really engaging. But when our meals came out they were delivered by someone else & no one checked on us any time soon to see if our steaks were cooked to our liking (they weren't) and if there was anything we needed (like the bleu cheese crumbles I had ordered as an extra for my steak & asparagus but didn't receive until 1/2 done with my steak & after my asparagus had gone cold). My crispy shrimp were also slightly soggy & they were butterflied, which was not advertised on the menu & something I'm not a fan of to the point that I don't order them if I know it's coming that way. She checked on us once after we finally waved someone down for the bleu cheese, but only asked if we wanted more to drink. Then she dropped the check while we were still eating our entrees without even an offer of dessert or coffee or anything. Extremely rude in my opinion, especially since we're usually very accommodating, easy going diners & this seemed like she wanted to just clear the table already. Sorry for asking for the bleu cheese we paid for, but whatever. We road trip NY to FL and back each year and we won't be back to this location that's for sure. read more
