Let's look at the service - one of my best experiences ever - and I have been to a mega-ton of places. The server, Bryson, was by far the best ever. His timing, demeanor, and positive disposition was spot on. His level of pride and professionalism is an example for others to strive to achieve. Great job Bryson. The food - far better than usual - spot on cook temp for the meats, and everything else was perfect. I was really surprised by the slow attendance at first, but within 30 min, it was getting pretty full. Everything was clean and appeared in place. Over all - an exceptional experience, mainly due to The service!

Country fried steak, salad, fillet 6oz, cheese fries. How we left it after our "meal"

Party of 2 on a weekday afternoon -- we were quoted a 25-minute wait, which was no problem, so we decided to sit at the bar instead. Mae was our bartender during this visit. Unfortunately, the experience started off rough. We sat for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged. The bar was steady, but there were multiple opportunities for at least a quick greeting or "I'll be right with you," which never happened. We also had to ask for refills twice, despite there being clear chances to check in. We drove about an hour to visit one of our favorite chains, so this was especially disappointing. Food: The filet was overcooked -- surprising, especially since the staff typically explains the expected doneness. No one checked back on the meal, and for the price, it was unacceptable. It ended up burnt and inedible. The country fried steak was also a letdown: soggy, lacking any crunch, and served cold. The cheese fries appetizer came out very cold as well. To wrap up the experience -- when we left, our table told the whole story. Nearly everything we ordered was still sitting on the plates, barely touched. In many restaurants, that alone would prompt a manager to stop by and check in, but there was no acknowledgment or follow-up at all. No one asked how the food was, despite it being clear something wasn't right. The photo below shows exactly how our seats looked when we left. I really want to see this location improve because it's close to home and part of a chain we usually love. One positive: compliments to the baker -- the bread was great as always.

    Birthday boy enjoying his steak.

At first we ended up at the bar-only spot (easy mistake), but they quickly pointed us around the corner to the main restaurant--no hassle at all. Anna took great care of us. Super friendly, checked in just enough, not too much. They noticed it was my wife's birthday and actually made it feel special--multiple birthday wishes and a complimentary dessert for the table, which was a nice touch. Great location too. Overall really good experience... would definitely go back.

Pool tables are $1 per game and there's maybe 5-6 tables. My daughter won the chinese food claw game a few times and even got some jewelry so she was really excited. There's plenty of space and it's not fancy, but the kids had alot of fun and it's real laid back & casual. The lumpia was alight and the kids ate their hotdogs. Most who had the french fries liked them. I had the fried shrimp and wasn't impressed. There was thick crispy breading, but could taste alot of salt. I did not like it as much as some of the other dedicated seafood restaurants in town. The grits were just alright also. I guess my favorite was the sweet tea. The bathrooms were clean, but the soap dispensers didn't seem to work. The bartender/server was helpful and I liked the weird jukebox they had. This was our big event for the day and everyone in my family had a good time and enjoyed the visit.

Talk about hands down delicious! I had 2 eggs, topped with queso, a grilled biscuit, bacon and home fries. Everything was delicious. The home fries were REAL home fries! Roasted potato and onions instead of fried potatoes. We also got huevos rancheros and added chorizo. This was an excellent choice! It came with rice and beans. I don't usually like refried beans and I was stealing bites from their plate. The wait staff was so friendly and came to talk to us. I wish I could come more often but I will definitely stop when I am in the area again.

Fancy it wasn't, but their breakfast offerings, while largely not to my liking due to all the eggs and such, at least included some French Toast with a pretty indulgent butter pecan sauce. I got some melon on the side (might not have done that if I'd known it came with a piece of cantaloupe, but whatever) as well as a horchata, which ended up being a very sugary breakfast. They have a more Mexican menu for lunch; I wish i could have had some beans and avocado for breakfast but that wasn't in the cards. But at least this was fast and tasty.

Great place for a hearty dinner with family and friends. I recommend the loaded potato skins,…read more hickory bourbon ribs, and salad bar! Those were the tastiest items I tried. Everything came out hot, which I love. They have plenty of other options including chicken, seafood, and pasta to choose from. They have popular cocktails as well. The service was good. There were a good number of tables seated for dinner and it seems they only had one server, so we had a bit of a wait on service. But she was very nice and professional. The restaurant is cozy and has updated furniture and decor. The only thing I didn't like was our table was sticky, kinda weird. I'd still come back to have lunch or dinner here again!

The kabobs were over and under cooked. It's like if they blindly chopped up pieces of beef and then cooked some OVER WELLDONE AND SOME MED RARE. The temperature preference also wasn't asked. The salad bar looked so sad. Everything there did not look fresh at all. Our server was fine her name was Kory I think. She took our order and came around a few times to check on us. I did t tell her I was unhappy with my meal because I doubt anything they brought would have been any better. Also The ambiance is that of 70's -80's decor. This restaurant chain needs a glow up in All of their locations. Gordon Ramsey should give them a refresh!!
