Fist, Let me say that I have been going to Ruby Tuesdays since 2005 and have watched the restaurant decline over the years which is sad. The food proportions are much less than what they used to be. Anyway, Last night must have been a very bad night. It took me 45min after being seated to receive my glass of wine because the manager was trying to work in the kitchen and run the bar as well. As I sat waiting on my drink, I witnessed a few groups leave that had entered the restaurant maybe 10 to 15 minutes earlier. ( Nobody even working the bar ). The waitress was nice and pleasant and very apologetic. I know there was nothing she could do. Finally got my food around 1hr 15minutes of sitting there. To tell the truth, I was on the verge of walking out. Maybe it was just a bad night. I hope so. I was very disappointed. read more

We decided to eat here last night after my niece's graduation. I should have known something was wrong when the restaurant was almost empty. Our server was okay but you can tell he was new. We had to keep reminding him that we needed refills. The food was kids size portion but an adult price. The manger was rude and had a very nasty attitude when asked about a coupon. This is my 2nd encounter with her (manager) so I definitely won't be coming back. I definitely don't recommend this location. read more

I love this restaurant. It is peaceful, elegant and we can enjoy a nice tasty quality meal each time we go. 1617 Kaylie G is an amazing waitress. Very Friendly, professional and kind. I love when we are sitting in the area where she serves. I always gives her the best tip and I think that the restaurant should consider recognizing her in some way and also a raise. $$ I love their salad bar, its great. My husband loves Salmon so we usually orders Salmon. Sometimes its full and have to wait a while but the wait is worth it. They need to hire more people especially on Holidays when its full because people want to eat out. I am always looking out to go back there. read more

The managers were very rude Liz and Jason they were very unprofessional. My food was overcooked and Jason the manager agreed to give me a gift card to replace my meal. End results my meal was not replaced Jason changed his mind sending me a gift card and said he fulfilled his obligation and hung the phone up on me. It's no wonder their sanitation rating is so low (I did not see it posted in the bar area). The bar had not been wiped off for sometime. The bar back was cluttered and disorganized. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. The bar stools were all in need of being reupholstered. Note they don't advertise the daily specials in the restaurant so look online before you go in. read more

Stopped in for a quick bite while out shopping. I ordered a baked potato and a side of broccoli. The food was decent but took a long time once we ordered. My friend ordered a sandwich which was good but it wasn't what she ordered. Our waitress was polite and friendly and the manager on duty was very polite. read more

Husband and I had Deconstructed Kabobs with salad bar. The grilled Kabobs were very good, happy with all the veggies. Cooked perfect and served over rice. The salad bar was great. We were seated right away. Service was prompt, no issues. We will be back! read more

Due to short staff and i get it but they are slow and sometimes your order will come out the same even after you have ordered it. May e try eating in? Its good thou and the service is nice. Went to this location got seated with my husband. No one ever came to wait on us. This is after watching the wait staff laughing and talking at the end of the bar. Service wasn't horrible but the food was. I got the fish and chips and it was literally 4 frozen fish sticks deep fried in old oil with maybe 10 small French fries thrown together on a plate that seemed to have been microwaved. Made me feel sick afterwards. Will not be returning. read more

The "new" mushrooms looked like scraps from the bottom of the barrell.. the triple smash burger came out the fries were cold and old sitting in pickle juice... the bun was burnt and scraped .. there wells like 3 to 4 tbls of mayo.. had to eat it with a knife and dork.. had to hunt down the bartender to get ketchup and ranch asked for at order.. had to get I assume was a manager to get... I b asked for hot fries never got them... the fish n chips were God awful and over cooked... a manager delivered them... what has happend to this company.. I was a multi unit manager in that industry for many years and this is sad no level of excellence... no manager visit, no manger touching tables.. servers are non passionate, a 91 health grade ??? I went here in July 4th to celebrate Independence Day with a steak and shrimp combo. I waited 20 minutes to get my order taken. It was the bartender that took my order. I also ordered the unlimited salad bar. Good thing I did as 1.5 hours later, no waitress, no bartender no steak and no shrimp and no refill of my drink. Meanwhile there were three young ladies that were rolling silverware in the back near the kitchen. I finally asked the bartender after I had to motion for her to come over to my table that I wanted my check. She asked how I enjoyed my steak and I said "I wouldn't know, as I have not received it yet. I told her to bring my bill for the salad and the drink that I was not waiting any longer. She went and got the manager and told him something. 10 minutes later he came over with a reduced bill, he had taken the salad off. I looked him in the eye and told him that I never received the steak and shrimp or a refill of the drink and I was not paying for anything after such service. I also told him about the 3 young ladies sitting and rolling silverware while I had not been served in an hour and a half. There was only about 10 people in the whole restaurant. There was a family coming in and I told them that they might want to go somewhere else as I had waited an hour and a half for no food. I left, went to the Cracker Barrel next door and had been waited on and served my food in 15 minutes. I will never enter the door of this Ruby Tuesday again. read more

So, as requested by Ruby Tuesdays guest relations I emailed my review to them a second time. Just as I suspected I received no response. The bot responds to negative reviews to indicate that the company is concerned - but in truth it is a big waste of time - they figure you will forget and the issue will go away. Too many available places to eat to ever enter into this one again. If you do decide to purchase takeout from this location my advice is to prepare to wait at least an hour no matter how slow the restaurant is, check all of your order and your bill prior to paying for it. If something goes wrong feel free to post a negative review but do not expect any resolution. read more

We came here for late lunch/early dinner on July 4. To start, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, and the trash was overflowing. The menus were dirty and sticky, and the walls next to the booths in the bar area were filthy. We ordered meals with salad bar. The salad bar was a mess, and a couple of items were empty. The lettuce was rusty. One of the items tasted sour. Hopefully, we won't get sick. There was a slippery food spill in front of the salad bar. When we left the salad bar and floor were still the same, nothing had been cleaned or refilled. Fries were soggy and flavorless, and the salmon was very undercooked in the middle. $3.99 for a drink? To boot, our server never came to check on us until the end, and we had to ask for a refill. This location used to be great. Very disappointing. read more

The interior is super dated. Food was okay. Just very basic. But the service was horrible!! Was seated in the bar section. Lunch time. Like maybe 5 tables had people. Ordered a beer when we sat down. Took FOREVER to get our food. Okay, things happen. But than I needed a new drink. Not necessarily a beer (although I would have bought and paid for one), a water would have been nice. But not a sole in sight!!!! I am never the person to get up and cause a scene. Went tonight, and waited 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. After 10 minutes, I walked 3 booths down to where a waitress (who looked young enough to be in high school) was playing with the manager's hair (a guy who looked to be in his thirties). Now, maybe she's 18 and they're in love, but doing all that right out in the open was off-putting and unprofessional. Oh, so we got drinks (my "pineapple blast" tasted flat, and who makes a "top shelf margarita with Patron" without rimming the glass with salt??), and when the margarita was substandard, the waiter neither said nor did anything to resolve (literally, he said he couldn't touch the drink, whatever that meant). My New Orleans Seafood dish was fine, but my partner ordered the bourbon maple steak, which was the saddest-looking cut of meat I've ever seen, and had a texture like it'd been soaked in dishwater for a week. We didn't want dessert, and it's a good thing, because our waiter didn't offer. But, back to the manager. Never mind the creepy way he was behaving with that waitress, and never mind the fact that I literally got up from my seat to ask for a waiter. My hubby and I were pleasantly surprised by our recent visit to Ruby Tuesday. I had not step foot in this chain since the 1990s as it seemed to me be in decline at the time. Fortunately, I had a craving for ribs and RT appeared in my search. Despite regularly seeing the parking lot brimming with cars, we were a little hesitant but we went for it. We were greeted by the delightful server, Chloe. She made us feel welcomed and appreciated. She made recommendations and was very attentive to our table. My ribs were delicious and my husband raved about his surf and turf. I wasn't too thrilled with the wilted lettuce on the salad bar but we made it work. The food and service was quite good and, we'll definitely be back. Our faith has been renewed! read more

Had a good dinner. Finally decided to give Sanford's Ruby Tuesday a try and liked it. Arrived Saturday at 5 PM, was seated immediately, and beat the dinner time rush. Excellent attention from our waiter and food came out prompt and cooked well. Ordered the Coastal Trio (lobster, shrimp, and tilapia) and my husband ordered tilapia. Everything including the salad bar and cleanliness of the restaurant was good. The only thing to improve was the lobster tail - it was mediocre...I've had better. Cost is a little steep for what you get here.. I will likely return, but only if I had another coupon. I did notice as we walked out about 6:30 that the hostess was slammed with a lot of people waiting to be seated, so you may want to consider arriving earlier. read more

It's a Ruby Tuesday's. What do you expect? The entrees are edible, but not all that flavorful. It seems as though every pasta dish is covered in a greasy alfredo. The burgers (including the turkey) are pretty decent. Drinks are weak and overly sweet like in any other chain, however, beer selections are decent. Generally speaking, we only go for a sandwich or the salad bar when time has gotten away from us and other options are closed or we've procrastinated on cooking dinner. It's certainly passable, but I've been disappointed as often as I've been pleased. Service is generally alright, sometimes a bit slow. We've never had an actual problem with it, but my water glass has run on 'E' before for a few minutes. read more
