DON'T HEAT UP THE TAKE OUT DESERTS IN THE STYROFOAM BOX! My wife & I order desert to take back to the hotel. I had a Blondie Brownie. Apparently this is served warm and was microwaved in a small Styrofoam take out box. The ice cream was in a separate plastic bowl. I placed the brownie in the plastic bowl and enjoyed it very much except the bottom of the brownie was chewy and my last bites were crunchy. Placing the Styrofoam box in the trash I noticed a triangle outline the size of the brownie on the bottom of the styrofoam box. The outline was melted Styrofoam. Not the way I like to end my day......ingesting plastic. But the chewy stuff was a nice touch. Why is it the best things in life will make you sick or kill you. I guess I should of had the salad bar - looked great and I have never had a bad salad at Ruby Tuesdays. read more

The food was about what you can expect which I find to be average quality which is fine. The service here was very slow. We stopped in to get dinner on the road as it was familiar and right off the road we were traveling down. Our waitress was nice but disappeared while we were waiting for our food. Another waiter stopped by to ask us how we were, we asked him to check on our food and he said the kitchen was really backed up even though the restaurant was only about a third full. I suspect this is a result of poor management. I will not be returning. read more

Stopped by there while staying at the Courtyard right behind it. Convenient. I have to say, I haven't been in a Ruby Tuesday in a very long time due to a bad experience. Went in to try their new sticky ribs which were excellent. The salad bar was stocked with fresh ingredients and had someone dedicated to keep it stocked. But the real highlight was their special sticky ribs. They were excellent. read more

In Town for work. Went to bar where I expected to sit for a few hours and work, eat and drink. I got a drink, no napkin. Never offered a menu. Never asked if I wanted to eat. At one point 6 employees were behind the bar and I was the only patron. So I paid out and went to Santa Fe. Great service there. read more

Well as a Ruby Tuesday goes this one is clean and the service is good. It is a nice option in Troy. I wish RT had a healthier menu though. If you are on any kind of diet this place is tough. They have a lot of hidden fat in the way they cook. Overall the food is good and the salad bar fresh. read more

Enjoyed a nice night out with friends. The restaurant was very clean and the waitress was very kind and kept our drinks full throughout the night while juggling other tables. The servers are iffy. You may get a good one 10 percent of the time. There is an issue with Happy Hour. They turn off the A/C until happy hour is over!! I SWEAR! The air kicks on right at 7pm!!! They take forever to make your drinks too!! URGHHH read more

Having little choice close to our hotel, my husband and I decided to try this Ruby Tuesday, even though I found the food in this chain had really declined in quality over the years. Really glad we tried it! The servce was great and the food on the 3 nights we went was just great every time. The bourbon salmon and the asiago steak were our favorites. Tai phoon Shrimp was a very tasty appetizer. Definitely recommend. read more

This Ruby Tuesday has a very cramped dining area that the waitresses have to squeeze through to take food between tables which is a little inconvenient not only for them, but for the diners as well considering they have to scoot in and lean out of the way. The sirloin was delicious and cooked to perfection but that was the only good experience about this visit. Our waitress was very scattered brained and had to be reminded multiple times to bring out items requested. When our food was brought out one of our sides were missing we were told that it would be out shortly. We never received the side (which had an up-charge) and our drinks were never offered to be refilled until the check came. They were, however, very polite about fixing the up-charge and did offer drinks to go. All-in-all the food quality wasn't worth the money, but the staff was nice. read more

This business is very mismanaged. Our whole experience made them look like fools. They didn't take our name for 10 minutes ,then they left us standing another 10 while they bussed tables they weren't even going to sit us at. Meanwhile, other people were coming in and then leaving when nobody acknowledged their presence. The manager came when i asked for one and flapped her lipps repeating that they had to make a table ready for us, not knowing we had walked over to see the guy bussing other tables while leaving us standing. When we finally sat, our waitress was very friendly and gave us a good experience, but didn't charge one of us for a drink. The salad bar was good, and fresh, but the black olives were frozen and there were only croutons for salad toppings. When we went to the restroom there was no toilet paper in one of the stalls. Go if your patient, or ready to be demanding. I typically give good reviews but these people need some training and they need not to lie to their customers. read more

This evening, I had one of the worst restaurant experiences yet. The meal was decent, what one might expect from something at the level of ruby tuesday. However, the plate was slopped together, with no attention to detail or presentation. That was however not the issue. When I mentioned the issue to the waitress she was kind and polite but made excuses for the kitchen staff. I asked to speak to the manager. When I put forth my concern, she seemed to be holding back laughter that I would bring something so menial as presentation to her attention. When I told her I was serious, she told me if it were her, she would not have waited to the end of the meal to get the manager. When I told her I did not appreciate how she was handling the concern she became noticeably upset. When I called her out on it, she told me she was not upset. As the conversation continued I told her she was being defensive. She told me, "I am not being defensive!" Way to contradict herself. I will not be going back to this location, no would I recommend that anyone else does until they clean up their customer service and learn to treat people with respect. read more

I ate here yesterday.the staff was very nice.waitress was awesome! She recommended certain burger and it was great! Very pleased!:D
