My wife ordered a blanco toast, which had ricotta, avocado, and a bunch more flavor bombs over freshly baked sourdough toast. I highly recommend their 'works" bagel sandwich. I had it on a sesame seed bagel with a very tasty scallion cream cheese. What made it amazing was their use of perfectly ripened, sweet heirloom tomato, thinly sliced red onions, briny capers, delicious olive oil, and fresh dill, that gave perfect balance and perfect seasoning. We sat at a communal bench/table to enjoy our breakfast items (which they stop serving after 10:30); however, we noticed that others were eating some delicious-looking sandwiches served on their fresh baguettes. It's only one size. Service was quick and it tasted very good. Some other coffee places, their iced mocha is overly sweet but this place was perfect! They also didn't fill the entire cup with ice which is good. They filled it about a quarter of the cup. Interior is spacious, have tables, they have a corner closed off for employees only. It's a coffee roaster(?). They sell bags of coffee so I assume it's a roaster. My only complaint if I have any, is that for my iced mocha, I didn't see any straws anywhere. I saw lids, wooden stirs, but no straws.

Friends ordered a few other things as well, and overall everything was super good. What stood out most was the texture. Everything tasted moist and well made without feeling like it was trying too hard to be "gluten-free." I'm not personally gluten sensitive, though a couple friends I was with are, and honestly I wouldn't have known it was gluten-free based on the quality and taste alone. The drinks were solid too and paired well with everything we ordered. The whole place has a calm neighborhood bakery feel to it, and you can tell it's a spot locals come back to often.
